Mackey Opticians Omdömen 

Went to the opticians today for the kids eye appointment 12/8 and 6 - we visited the Glen road branch. Rita and Orla were helpful as always, welcoming us, putting the kids at ease, explaining everything to us and helping them pick out glasses which suited them best. We have always went here and will always return.

I’ve been a customer for a number of years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I’m told there was an issue with sourcing my lenses due to a world wide shortage however Chloe and Amy in the Newtownards Rd branch were brilliant and got my glasses made with a higher grade lense at no extra cost to myself.
I really can’t thank them enough they were amazing 🤩

I found the staff very helpful and knowledgable. I am new to having glasses and the staff were very patient with me as I tried on different styles. Glasses were ready before the predicted one week turnaround. Thank you to both Orla and Rita for all their help.

Had an appointment with Rachel today at the Portadown premises. She was so efficient and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I attended an eye examination today with Richard Mackey, Principal Optometrist and Director of Mackey Opticians. I found him to be exceptionally professional, personable and courteous throughout. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. I now look forward to collecting my new glasses once the lenses have been fitted. I would like to extend my thanks to all of the team at Mackey Opticians.

I have attended the Glen Road branch for years and staff there go above and beyond for you. They know all their patients by name and help in anyway they can with whatever issue you have. They are always warm and welcoming when you arrive.

Within the Cookstown branch the staff always meet you with a smile, they are very helpful, cooperative and are always willing to help.
