Thank you. We got what we wanted, sometimes although you pay good money you don't. Few companies seem to do items I search for and often only one does. You have job done, fantastic to see my son in my grandmother s tartan waistcoat

Fast delivery with clear communication…
Fast delivery with clear communication throughout.
The product is of very good quality however, it does not have the MacGregor and MacDuff logo on the front, as shown on the sales images. A little surprising, as this logo is quite large.

I have bought a few things and service is fantastic. No quibble on returns due to wrong size ordered, fast delivery but best of all customer service. I entered a query on the online form, but rather than an email response someone took the time to call me and help find the right socks and sporran chain.
Great company to deal with.

Satisfied customer
I was made welcome in the Glasgow shop and offered very helpful advice, to the extent of being measured by a member of staff in spite of the fact that the trousers I was looking at were only available online. This enabled me to order with complete confidence. The trousers fit very well and are of excellent quality. I did have some queries during the processing of the order, all of which were dealt with most helpfully. Highly recommend for any tartan outfit requirements.
