Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service. I've never had any issues with the M6 Toll, and i use it frequently. Breeze is a brilliant idea, quicker and cheaper so why not use it if your a frequent traveller. Had a couple issues with my business account which they sorted quickly and efficiently.

Contact with customer service was swift in response and helpful . I was charged incorrectly going through the toll - did receive the refund - in terms of customer service 4 stars - ! If I’d not been overcharged - charged incorrectly in the first place it might have been 5 !! But then I wouldn’t have had to contact them at all 🤣🤣.

Hi, thank you for your comments. The type of account that you hold only allows one vehicle to be regsitered against it any one time. We can of course switch your account to a breeze account that would allow multiple vehicles to be registered, but unfortunately, this would not give you the level of discount that you currently have. As an alternative, if you know you are going to be in a different vehicle you can update this at least one hour before travel in your account portal and then change it back.

Absolutely top drawer service
Absolutely top drawer service. I contacted the customer service team about a lost driver’s licence and they responded within a couple of hours saying they had retrieved it.
They’ve since put it in the post and paid the postage!
