Delivery issues - 1 day delivery rarely happens. When an order doesn't arrive when expected checking on the status of it the website does not accurately reflect the delivery stage. The order landing page will say fully delivered but if you click into the order itself it states in preparation meaning that it is not even on it's way. I understand that delays can happen but this has consistently been the case for the past couple of months. Bringing it up with customer service has had no effect. If the website were at least accurate we could plan appropriately and not have to waste up to 45 minutes on help to be told "sometimes that happens"

I regularly order from Lyreco for our company and always receive great service, from ordering online to receiving our order from the polite and friendly the drivers.

Lyreco`s Eastham Account Manager Rachel, was pro- active in assisting the Terminal with an order for the emergency supply of goods, which met the needs of the 24/7 Weekend Operations Shifts. Thank you.

It was so easy to order and as the office is only manned part time the option for an alternative delivery address was perfect.

I ordered the coffee and due to a small hold up they were delayed by a day so I wasn’t in when they came so the driver rang me to ask if I had a safe place and he also put a package in the safe place that had been left on my door step by a currier. Great service from the driver

The order was incomplete and no notification on the delivery note that the missing item was to follow. To be perfectly honest, I have never yet had an order to Lyreco which has been straightforward!

The products arrived in good conditions and as we requested. However, the proof of delivery was never been signed by us. We also checked the building's CCTVs and nobody showed up on the 24th November. Looking at the proof of delivery received online, we noticed that the signature was not one of ours.
One week later, another Lyreco delivery arrived for another company at the building reception. The driver gave us our package, too, stating that he found it at the bottom of the van -meaning, the former driver signed himself the document without even stopping to deliver us the package. recently started buying from Lyreco for our business .
Paul helped us set up our account and even made a couple of visits to us .
we received a welcome pack from Paul and he has been very helpful .
deliveries are fast and we have had a very positive experience so far .

we repeatedly asked Lyreco to deliver after 10am yet this was not followed, as a result we've closed our account down.

won't use again

Great service, delivered the next day. Always very helpful if you have any promblems, which are rare usually not Lyrecos fault incorrect oredering by myself, but sorted out with the correct goods sent the next day. Thank you

Only half of what I ordered was delivered. Staff signed delivery ticketin good faith but there were a number of boxeswhich were left in my office awaiting my return. When I opened the boxes I realised half of what I had ordered was missing. When I reported this back to Lyreco they just sent me back a copy of the signed delivery ticket before.

I have never had a problem like this before but will need to consider closing our trade account if this is the type of service I can expect
