The delivery driver is very professional.
He always carries the items in the office and puts them wherever we need them.
He is very thoughtful regarding his customers.

We urgently needed next day delivery for ink cartridges. first time we used you. the ink never arrived after spending & wasting lots of time going to check the post box in case delivered as the tracking email were useless. I then on the second day called you to chase. When I asked where do i find the tracking number for fed ex i was told you only had that - so how was i to check delivery progress???? I am extremely disappointed as i had to order the ink from another, more reliable company.

Delivery driver kept me posted as he couldn't locate the cottage but made sure came back and delivered the day and time he said he would :-)

Did not deliver on the date they specified so waited in all day for nothing. Not all items ordered were delivered yet I have been invoiced for them and they were on the delivery note.

Considering our cleaning stock comes from England and arrives the next working ,all of it,at the correct price,not damaged,I'm impressed and told the delivery driver so.We have to wait weeks sometimes when we order from a local supplier,some missing,damaged or incorrect in some way.So very happy,thank you

It's easy to find the products on their list, but searching by number or numerical reference is more complicated. We've received the first two orders, but verifying them is confusing because the invoice says "box" and doesn't specify the number of items. Orders are arriving very late, later than what's agreed upon online, and they arrive in two or three parts, never all at once.

I am still awaiting two items from my order. The two monitor screens have not yet arrived. Royal Mail initially arrived when I was out, but I have made two subsequent bookings to redeliver via the Royal Mail/Parcelforce phone line service and both have failed to arrive. The parcelforce service does not allow you to speak with a human to escalate or explain the situation

Right from the start Amid Tahir are contact come in and help me to set up on the web site and place my first order. Everything was to hand on the site and had a delivery the next day.

QUICK DELIVERY, RELIABLE SUPPLIER

Firstly you need to open an account, the chairs and desks available on account are not the full list of chairs and desks shown without an AXA account. Restricted to quite basic chairs and dseks, and exspensive compared to market comparables available elsewhere. None the less, easy to use. Dilivery was in 2 parts, due to coming from different suppliers, and despite emails and texts advising delivery times and dates, these change as they only do deliveries on certain days of the week. I did recieve both within 1 week of order. Both in good condition and undamaged. You can buy better cheaper elsewhere but have to use the AXA account and cant buy and claim back sadly. Chaps that delivered were nice chaps, polite and proffessional.
