I bought the wrong size

I bought the wrong size ! My mistake, but was replaced with just cost of postage. I didn’t have to return the wrong sized items . A great service

I ordered the wrong size…. but it wasn’t a problem

I ordered the wrong size and within minutes after messaging Lyn’s tanks they had reordered the right size and I kept the original ones as that is the policy… it’s not worth the postage and packaging costs to return so thankyou …I’m very happy with Lyn’s Tanks

When I had questions about sizing I was…

When I had questions about sizing I was answered promptly as with any other queries as well. I ordered, I was given updates about my order and when it arrived I received a personal email asking how it all went. Love my tops and I'll never go back to bras.

The service I received from these was tops.

The service I received from these ladies was excellent. I had issues with sizing and they sorted out my problem quickly and very efficiently. They couldn't do enough for me. This company gets my highest recommendation for product and service. Thank you Lyn's Tanks.

Outstanding communication solution to disappointment.

This company had outstanding communication. From the moment I ordered through to being refunded. They understood why I was disappointed with the tank tops and had felt misled by the adverts photos & videos. Everyone I was in contact with was polite, helpful and solution oriented.
