It was the first bespoke design I had created and Steven kindly dealt with my directly, and with his extensive knowledge helped bring my design to life. His suggestions to improve areas and guidance really made the difference and I knew I was working with experts in their field of business.

Fantastic service and great product
I recently bought a made-to-print corten planter from this company, made to my own design and dimensions.
From first engagement through to delivery, the customer engagement was top class, giving me every confidence the product would be of quality, on time and to price quoted - no surprises at all.
I have bought from many small companies in my professional and private life, and many have good product but ignore the importance of engaging with the customer - not Lux Unique. Superb.

The product is fantastic
The product is fantastic - we had some large raised beds made that were to be located onto some uneven ground. The quality of the build and the ease in which all sections bolted together, made it a very easy job to complete. Communications regarding delivery were great and the courier was very helpful which is always a bonus as access to our house isn't easy.

Placing an order was very straight forward and I received a prompt reply from Steve. Communication was excellent and details were corrected immediately. The water rill and pond were constructed and delivered within the estimated time frame.The company’s driver helped in unloading and carrying the large rill on site.
I am extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of the rill and pond.and it will be an excellent feature in my garden.

I recently took delivery of my second cor-ten steel trough from LuxUnique. The help I received from Steven in designing my trough was outstanding and beyond what we have come to expect as the norm today. The trough is incredibly well made, with a perfectly formed top edge and neatly finished welds. I couldn’t be happier. Delivery was on time and the driver very helpful and phoned ahead prior to arrival. An outstanding service with an excellent product.
