So my package arrived ruined and had to…

So my package arrived ruined and had to pay 22 euro more for custom. Here is the NOT so correct replay of their customer service. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. They just don’t care about customers.

I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience and the disappointment caused with your order.

Regarding the customs/import charges, please note that these charges are applied by the customs authorities of the destination country as per local import regulations. Unfortunately, we do not control or collect these charges at our end. We also mention in our shipping policy that the buyer is responsible for customs duties and clearance charges.

We also mention the same on product pages and at the time of shipping company selection during checkout before payment.

I completely understand that it is unpleasant to face an additional charge at delivery. ​

I am also very sorry to know that the product packaging has arrived in a torn condition. We take utmost precaution in packaging the products, such as putting them into bubble wrap.
I am once again extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you so much for your patience and cooperation.

Great choice of brands and products and easy to navigate and order
Ordered my favourite Cellfusionc products on the site.
Received with a few free gifts along with the ordered products.
Great customer service, and I was informed about the status of my order continuously.
Will be ordering again on Luxiface.

Great Experience

Ordered product Centellian24 time reverse season7 from Luxiface. Difficult to get this product in my country hence ordered from South Korea. Great customer service and fast delivery and authentic product. Nice to get free mask and few sachet samples along with the products. Recommend Luxiface for Kbeauty products not available locally.

We are in continuous communication with you to clarify that FedEx has not requested any shipping fees; it has requested payment of customs duties/VAT, which your country has charged based on applicable tariffs.
Shipping is free wherever postal shipping is available. Shipping is paid at the time of order placement, and any applicable customs duties/VAT in your country are payable at the time of delivery. We also mention this on our product pages and in our shipping policy.
FedEx attempted the delivery twice, but was unable to collect the customs duty payment. I hope you accept the shipment.

Item never received. Contacted customer service several time and just get fobbed off. Despite a trustpilot token reply 5 day days ago still no parcel or any refund. Scam.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
As informed to you in our replies, Royal Mail attempted the delivery twice, but no one was available to accept the parcel.
Hence, they have asked to update the delivery option on the tracking page.
If the package is not delivered or is being returned, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Update: The customer initiated a chargeback without giving us the opportunity to issue a refund. Apparently, all Trustpilot reviews from this customer are 1 star for all the companies.

Great company

Ordered 3 times with this company and always spot on! Great prices, big selection of products, quick delivery and well packaged.
Also the products are just great! Works really well if you use them correctly and constantly. I've noticed a big improvement in my skin since I started.
You can definitely trust luxiface!

Anua rice glow set

I just received my skincare products recently, and I’m really happy with how everything looks. The packaging is neat and professional, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I can’t wait to start using them and see the results. Delivery was quick too, which is always a plus!

Douanes suprise

Commande passé depuis la France, d'une trentaine d'euro. À la réception, suprise, obligé de payer des frais de douanes ! Je n'ai pas vu sur le site qu'il y aurait des frais de douanes possible.
Dommage le site propose de bon prix mais avec les frais de douane ça gache tout.
Je retournerai sur Stylevana où il y a pas de douanes. Très déçu.

Legit

The shipping took like a week. It was super fast and the shipping was free because my order was 145$ (anything more than 99$ has free shipping). The product was authentic and the price was a steal compared to other websites I was looking at. I did have to pay a customs fee cuz I live in Canada and it was 27$ bit of a bummer but it's not the company's fault. Even with the customs fee it was still cheaper than buying it elsewhere bc I bought a beauty device that's popular in Korea but not so much outside of Korea. They also had a rlly good deal on sunscreen 25$ for 2 cell fusion sunscreens. I saw the deal in the cart cuz they were promoting it but when I tried searching for it in the search bar, it didn't come up. That was kind of weird so either that was a special deal I got cuz I was buying something on the expensive side or their search engine kinda doesn't work lol. I was hesitant to buy something so expensive since there aren't many trust pilot reviews but ya it's legit at least from my experience it's a trustworthy website.

i live in Dublin {Ireland} and ordered product from you guys since November 2024 till now January 2025 i have not gotten my product ,they told me it FedEx i called FedEx ask me to pay custom duty i did ,till now nothing happen and the costumer service then now stopped responding to my emails ,this is so bad ,u cant say i dint wait enough ,if you cant give me the product i paid for then refund me simple jezzz

According to FedEx tracking, your shipment has now been successfully delivered and signed for by the recipient.
Our team has been providing you with regular updates and remained in close contact with FedEx throughout the process. We also contacted Ireland customs and raised complained with them for the delay.
However, we were unable to respond over the last 2-3 days due to the Korean New Year holidays, during which our offices and shipping partners were closed.
