I didn’t even want to give one star. Luvo store would have to be the most incompetent customer service I have ever experienced.
Happy to take my money and confirm that
my order was processed and on its way only to find out 18 days later that my parcel was lost in transit & they don’t have stock of the mirror I ordered. I honestly believe that they never had enough stock in the first place. It is absolutely atrocious that they take up to 5 working days to respond to any emails. If that is the case, Luvo clearly need to employ more people in their business. In addition to all of this, they also confirmed that I should have responded to a scam email allegedly sent from Australia Post but was actually from the Phillipines telling me that my parcel would be disposed of if I didn't update my postal code with Australia Post. I would strongly urge people not to order from Luvo and risk going through the same experience I have. They are corrupt & should not be allowed to operate a business.

I loved my LUVO mirror until it stopped working. There is no customer service number to call so I emailed the company. No reply. I emailed again - this time I received an email telling me that they cannot help me & they suggested I find myself an electrician to help. Being a Melbourne customer - they could not offer any electricians to help. So currently I have a large LUVO mirror that does not turn on. Jodee

THE ONLY MIRROR TO CONSIDER
The quality out weighs anything similar. I have always said "You get what you pay for" and these products are top quality everytime.

OBSESSED WITH THESE!
I just ordered a couple brush holders at first, soon as they arrived I was obsessed! So I went straight back to order loads more. The products are beautiful and such fantastic quality! Would 100% recommend!

I love the Liyana white stool from Luvo for my vanity. It goes perfectly with my little makeup vanity setup and gives it a nice luxe feel. The stool is the perfect height, nice and light and fantastic value. Would highly recommend Luvo.

I absolutely love the Luvo Store Luxe Hollywood Mirror! The sleek design and sturdy frame instantly elevate my space, and the large size creates a bright, open feel. The LED lights are fantastic—adjustable, evenly distributed, and perfect for everything from makeup to selfies. The dimming feature is a great touch, letting me customize the lighting based on my mood. Installation was quick and easy, and the mirror itself gives a crystal-clear reflection with no distortion. Overall, it’s a beautiful, high-quality piece that adds both style and function to my room. Highly recommend this mirror if you’re looking to upgrade your space!

The fast service and exceptional quality of their products.

I bought the Arch Edge Vanity Mirror and Liyana Pink Stool for my niece’s bedroom, and she absolutely adores them! The mirror is stunning, with its sleek design and perfect lighting that adds such a magical touch to her space. The Liyana stool in pink is not only gorgeous but super comfortable—it ties the whole setup together beautifully. She’s going into grade 6 this year (final year of primary school!) and was recently elected school captain—so proud of her! This setup has given her a special spot to feel confident and organised as she takes on her new leadership role. Thank you, LUVO, for helping me create a space she truly loves. Highly recommend these pieces—they’re functional, stylish, and perfect for all ages!

The Crystal Vanity Mirror 2 is stunning! It arrived quickly and was incredibly easy to set up. The lighting is exceptionally bright, making it perfect for doing my makeup. Even when it’s switched off, it adds a touch of elegance to my room. Absolutely a 10/10 vanity!

I bought this mirror for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived super fast and was packed very well to ensure no damage in transit. My daughter absolutely loves it. The lighting options are perfect and the mirror is big enough for her and her friends to get ready together while blasting their tunes.

Love my new pink bedroom stool, it is so lux and such great value for money

Excellent customer service! I purchased the white faux fur stool for my daughter’s bedroom. It looks fantastic, she is so happy. Looking forward to buying the vanity mirror to complete the look

OMG I don’t know how I have survived without this when I’m traveling. Got it Christmas Day and used it when we went away on the 27th…. Absolutely brilliant!! ❤️

Beautiful, Elegant and Stylish .. not just a gorgeous mirror! Perfect gift for my daughter with the Bluetooth speakers, electrical outlet and USB ports… just amazing ❤️
The high quality has all her friends asking where it’s from because they all want one

I have bought numerous products from Luvo and can honestly say they are the best things I have ever bought myself. The quality is excellent and I can’t wait to buy more

Great little gift. Exactly as described.

I love my Luvo Skincare Organiser. Not only is it practical, but it looks really classy too.

Wow… that’s all I can say. It was the best purchase for my room as I had no make up space and this not only made my life so much easier but it looks amazing in my room.

Love this mirror for home and travel. Great size and perfect lighting.

Awesome Case with Deep Storage 💜
Love this case 💜 Along with its professional look, it's just so practical. I love the 5 individual internal cases, enabling me to group like products together, for easy access. There's one that's extra deep which is great for storing my foundations. Side panels are also generous, perfect for storing palettes. The gorgeous rose gold finish on the hardware is the icing on the cake 💜
