I purchased a LUVO Crystal Vanity Mirror, which developed an intermittent electrical fault and barely works. In the last two weeks, it has stopped working altogether.

I first contacted LUVO on 27 April 2026, while the mirror was still well and truly under warranty. Despite numerous emails requesting a replacement or refund, the customer service has been absolutely appalling, with responses sometimes taking months after repeated emails.

Over two weeks ago, someone finally responded, advising that my case would be assessed under warranty and requesting my delivery address. I provided it immediately and have heard absolutely nothing since.

I emailed again last week expressing my frustration and, unsurprisingly, have STILL received no response.

For a company selling expensive mirrors, this level of after-sales service is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Customers should not have to spend over five months repeatedly chasing a business to resolve a legitimate warranty claim.

I will now be escalating this matter to Consumer Affairs Victoria, as I have exhausted every reasonable avenue to resolve it directly with LUVO.

DO NOT purchase from this company. Based on my experience, their after-sales support is virtually nonexistent.

I have ordered from Luvo Store several times in the past and never had an issue, which is why I was happy to order from them again.

Unfortunately, I placed an order for a mirror over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I have contacted Luvo multiple times and have received no response or update.

What’s even more disappointing is seeing so many other recent reviews describing the exact same issue, orders not arriving and customers receiving no response. It’s really sad to see especially from a store I previously had such a good experience with.

I hope Luvo addresses these issues and gets back to me regarding my order.

Purchased a mirror and a storage compartment draw. I first received the draws and there was a fault with material of the draw I was happy to keep them with the fault but would have appreciated a store credit or something considering it was a faulty product. I sent a query and now almost 2 weeks later I have heard nothing in response. I received the mirror a couple days later and it was the wrong mirror again emailed as it appears I would have had to pay the shipping back which I refused again heard nothing. Absolutely disgraceful

Horrendous. One month after purchase, no item, no response to six follow ups. Left negative review on site, reached out to help and now days later still no update and no delivery. 700 dollar purchase MIA… purchase elsewhere a complete scam

Wish I had read these reviews first. Ordered a $575 mirror and it arrive scratched. Reported it to them 3 weeks later still haven’t heard anything so initiated a warranty claim because the lights also kept flickering. Weeks later. Heard nothing. Spammed the shit out of their social media. Emailed them, messaged them, sent more emails and have not heard a single thing back!!! Such a scam I am so pissed. Now going to the ACCC

Horrible customer service! Purchased a small travel mirror as I’m travelling overseas and paid express shipping, waited 7 days and checked the tracking to find out it hadn’t even shipped yet!!! Wrote customer service to only be written back with an automatic email saying they will reply within 3-5 days. Then proceeded to send me a link on my mirrors location to which it is still located in the warehouse and hasn’t been shipped!! If someone pays express shipping or seriously purchases something, bloody ship it!!! Will never purchase from them again!

I ordered a mirror and the “Armani table add-on” for it to sit under. Firstly, the box for the Armani table was completely smashed up and I asked the courier if the insides were okay. He said should be and dropped it on my grass. After I carried both box’s upstairs by myself while the courier was sitting in my driveway watching me struggle, I come to find out the table WAS in fact broken. 🙂 it cost me $250 just for the acrylic add on table, which is ridiculous but this is the first time I’ve ever spent this sort of money for a luxury item for my room not necessity. I immediately took photos of the table and emailed them. It took them 1 whole month to even respond to my email, where they AGAIN asked for more photos and the BOX! I emailed back saying “I would’ve gladly shown you the box if the response was earlier, because who leaves a massive box in their house for over a month?” I again sent more photos of the table being broken, NO RESPONSE! I’m really annoyed by this because I can guarantee it cost them probably $20 to make it. Do better and stop scamming people it’s so disgusting.

DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVO - I ordered the Luvo Arch Edge Vanity Mirror on 16 December 2025 for a Christmas present to my daughter as it confirmed it was in stock, it will be delivered within 7 days and because it is an Australian online store. I had to follow up on 23 December as I received no tracking order number but received a no reply to my email. I emailed again on 27 December, and they replied apologising for the delay, they have recently expanded their customer care team to serve better and advised the Arch Edge Vanity Mirror is on backorder due to a data error from their third-party warehouse — they were not notified it was out of stock until recently. Further they advised, the next batch is expected at the end of February 2026, and they gave me options - 1. Wait for end of February shipment + they will send me a FREE Beauty Ring Light Duo (worth $49) as their sincere apology or 2. Full refund + they will still send me the FREE Beauty Ring Light Duo. Regrettably I chose option 1. Feeling that this has taken too long - I thought to make contact early to get an indication if shipping was on track so on 5 February 2026, I had emailed (no reply), emailed again on 12 February (no reply) and today, 20 February (I have a feeling they will not reply). It is draining as there is no contact number or a store location and I am thinking that I will never receive a fully paid order. Taken my money but have not delivered a product!

I purchased a mirror and table top storage unit from Luvo for my daughters birthday present, she absolutely loves it. The quality is fantastic and the drawer storage set just finishes the whole look. The company offers good, clear communication and I have loved every step of the purchase process. Highly recommended

I never write reviews but I will go out of my way to share my horrific experience with this shit company.

I purchased their shit quality product for $470 in January 2025, by December 2025 the socket had broken off from inside the mirror. I reached out to this company straight away, sent photos and filled out their return form as they requested. Constant follow ups to have a response from them saying they’ll compensate me $75 and I can keep the mirror, I declined because the only reason why I purchase this specific mirror was because it had the power sockets and now that function had broken, I requested a refund/replacement, several weeks later they finally respond and agree to a refund, I am yet STILL waiting and no one has responded to any of my emails.

I purchased my mirror in January 2025 and emailed Luvo December 2025 as the socket on the side of the mirror just broke off. Highly disappointed not only with the quality but the customer service is even worse. They offered $75 as compensation if I wish to keep the mirror, I declined and requested a replacement or a refund, to which they agreed to do but apparently they needed to get in contact with their “IT Team” to figure out why the return label was not able to be sent to me. I’ve been chasing them up for weeks and no response. I have had an etoile mirror before which is ELITE quality, I will never purchase another product from Luvo.

Got gifted this mirror and have been using it everyday since! Love the adjustable lighting and it’s the perfect size for my room, it’s the first thing everyone compliments ;)

Great customer service! So friendly and helpful when I was asking questions about dimensions and shipping! Love the mirror too, makes it so much easier to get ready and I use it every day!

I had made a big order from Luvo and had changed my mind and requested a cancellation and refund. The team got back to me within 24 hours and I received my refund within 2-3 business days. I was so pleased with this and there were no complications, and especially during Christmas season; they handled my request with ease and professionalism. Thank you so much Luvo! Hopefully I can successfully go through with a purchase next time around.

Amazing mirrors, I use it every single day!!

I contacted luvo store about buying a vanity mirror for my girlfriend and the customer service helped pick the mirror and then when i got it i was frustrated to see that the diamonds were damaged so i contacted the customer service and then they sent me new diamonds that they had on stock and ready. I did get spares in my order, but they were helpful for fixing the issue immediately

I’ve contacted Luvo Store, I inquired about the availability of spare pins to hold the small diamond shape in place, but I was dissapointed to learn that the product was no longer under warranty and that spare pins were not available. Given the significant amount of money I had invested in my bathroom mirrors, I was expecting a higher level of customer service, particularly with regards to after sales support. Unfortunately my experience has led me to decide that I will not be making any future purchases from Luvo Store.Customer service doesnt want to know you after product just one month out of warranty. Will not recommend this site.

Their mirrors are great until they stop working and then customer service doesn’t want to know you nor do they honour the three year warranty.
