lunarcat company was very communicative and very professional with my order. It was an event order from Osaka and they were always updating me on the process and answered all my inquiries , being very patient. The package and one item had a bit of an issue when it arrived. After contacting them , they provided me with compensation and were very professional about everything. I highly recommend lunarcat company’s services and would be more careful with my choice of shipping in the future as I had not done my prior research.

Great Experience using Lunarcat as my jp proxy!!
This was my first time using this proxy, and everything went really smoothly! Communication was fast and clear, and the fees are very reasonable — perfect for someone like me who prefers purchasing from mercari
Their in-person shopping service is also super competitive, honestly the lowest I’ve seen so far.
Lunar also go the extra mile to help keep tabs on the shipping/delivery status (I had a personal issue with the delivery and lunar was aware of it as they track the status personally , think most proxy doesn’t do this? )

Really happy with the experience and would definitely use them again!

I enlisted Lunar Cat's help for buying items from Korea and shipping them to France.

Lunar Cat provided quick, responsive service and was completely open regarding logistics and pricing. The items arrived safely and was well-packaged.

I highly recommend them and would gladly use their services again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

Bought multiple items from multiple online sites, and had them delivered domestically. Website was easy to navigate and updates were given through email as well. For any queries and problems I had, Lunarcat was very quick to respond and efficient in their services. I had my items combined into 1 parcel by Lunarcat and it came well-packed. Will definitely use their services again.

Lunarcat was very accommodating to my requests, very patient and helpful too. Highly recommended

Lunarcat was an absolute pleasure to work with. During my talks with them about my case they displayed a high degree of knowledge in the field of both international shipping and model firearms.
They were very patient with me while getting my paperwork in order and offered me help and advice at every turn.
Lunarcat transformed a stressful experience of importing a collectors item into a comfortable one, I cannot recommend their services higher.

Excellent service (again) by Lunarcat. Working together since months, several orders placed and items sent. Always smooth communication and purchasing of items, competitive shipping rates and delivery before expected.
Highly recommend!

Did a wonderful job helping me purchase at an event! Very pleased with the communication and quick shipping as well! Would definitely reccomend :)

Lunar Cat was absolutely a pleasure to work with! I used their services to purchase many items at an event in Korea. They were so friendly, helpful, kind, and patient with me. They were more than willing to help me with quite a few extra requests/wants, and they were just absolutely amazing! I absolutely recommend Lunar Cat for all of your Korean proxy needs, and I will definitely be using Lunar Cat's services again!

I had a great experience with Lunarcat. The communication was excellent, and they were very responsive to my requests to make the process smoother for my country’s customs to handle the package. The products arrived well wrapped and intact!

10/10. Clear, upfront and honest communication. I found Lunar Cat on reddit and I can definitely say that I 100% recommend them. They answered all of my questions and used wise or PayPal so I felt comfortable with payment. Super thankful I found them and I absolutely recommend!!!

Very friendly seller! Super fast responses every time, and always accommodating! The rates were reasonable, and the shipping was incredibly fast. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be reaching out to this seller for future services.

Reasonable fees and transparent process for Japan personal shopper service.

I’ve had a discussion about the item I was particularly interested in. Very patience and was kind enough to keep me updated about from time to time. Best experience I’ve had so far considering it was my first time using their service. I fully recommend it. Thank you!

Excelente servicio, atención y ayuda en todo momento.
Me ayudaron con compras especificas en Japón y siempre con la mejor comunicación, al final el paquete con mis artículos llego en perfectas condiciones.
Muy confiable el servicio.

Great communication, willing to accommodate my request too. highly recommended

Great in-person shopping service! I was honestly a bit skeptical at first as this was my first time using an in-person shopping service. Lunarcat was quick to reply to messages and provided updates each step of the process, including photos on-site so I could choose in real time. This was very reassuring and helped the process go smoothly. They will definitely become my go-to proxy for shopping in Japan!

I had a request for an in-person only item, and Lunarcat helped complete the service! They were super clear on the order details, the item was bought in great time and the item arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely work with them again in the future!

Great service! Affordable and trustworthy, will definitely buy from Lunar cat again!
