Great experience. Ryan was the one who coordinated everything for us in time for Christmas since we were having family over. He got us the delivery earlier than expected.

The furniture itself is beautiful but I had complications even with the minimal assembly needed. The holes in feet didn’t line up with the holes on the under side of the couch. There was actually even a hole in the metal that wasn’t punched out and a couple of the screw holes were loose so just spun when I tried to drill the screws in. I had to get very creative to put this couch together. The other reason for the 4 stars was a delayed delivery.

White Glove Service was awesome. Set up was very professional and they cleaned up afterwards discarding boxes and packing materials. Arrived just in time for Christmas gathering with family.

COMMUNICATION WAS PROMT AFTER ORDER WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS.

These people are liars. First of all I never reveived an email confirmation. Made the mistake of paying by bank account so no ptotection by the credit card. They promised delibery 3-Weeks. Supposed to be here by Christmas and I was told it was out for delivery so I had to cancel all my plans to sit and wait for it. Now I get a text this morning telling me I won't see it until mid January and they want a 30% restocking fee if I cancel. Run away as fast as you can. Do not do business with these people! Once again to be clear you lied because Sunday you told me to expect a call it was out for delivery. Monday your team said don’t make plans the delivery will call you it will be there for Christmas. Tuesday i get a text telling me you won’t see it until December 28th and i will not see it for 15 days after that. I don’t know what to believe at this point. You offer me a 100.00 for your deception and I cannot have my family for Christmas as the old table is gone to make room for the new one I won’t see for a month.

Pick up made easy, box did not fit in vehicle. Staff opened box and loaded my recliner safely into my vehicle. Great customer service.

Easy ordering, furniture was ready for pick up within a few days. Good quality piece. Took a while to put together but was easy to do.

It took over a month to get my sofas, but at the end it was worth the wait .. My sofas are beautiful,very well made , I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!.. and cheaper than any other furniture company..I want to thank Luna's furniture for my couches and the delivery guy's for doing an awesome job in delivering my couches..My drive way is long and narrow ,fenced on both sides , I didn't think the huge trailer was going to make it thru but it did.. EXCELENTE SKILLS DRIVER!

Delivery was faster than expected and the delivery guys were great and the dresser was packed exceptionally great.

Luna has been an absolute pleasure to buy from. We bought the Emelia sectional couch which came as expected with great quality. Packaging is very secure. We did have 2 small indentions on one of our pieces which we don't think happened during delivery. When we reached out that day, Kay and Ryan immediately responded with a solution. We are so happy we chose Luna furniture and not from the over priced big chain that doesnt care about their customers. I have never had such a responsive customer service experience with a furniture company who take pride in their service. Our furniture is so comfortable and beautiful. We will be purchasing from Luna again.

I still have not assembled the two loveseats, but the placement of their boxes allowed the car to fit back into the garage
