Lovely sofa, lengthy shipping.

I purchased the Willow Bend sectional in Umber and am SOOOO thrilled with the sofa. Excellent quality, great price, and just a beautiful product. It was very well packaged to prevent any damage during transit, and arrived pretty much fully intact (no putting anything together), which I appreciate.

The ONLY issue was how very long it took to receive. I understand furniture delivery takes longer than other types of shipments, but I truly wish it had not taken nearly a month to arrive.

That said, I am still likely to shop with Luna again.

Good deal and communication throughout

Good communication throughout. I knew exactly when to expect delivery of my 6 piece sectional and they were very prompt, efficient and courteous. I saved over a thousand dollars over this exact item from a local retailer. The only downside was getting the furniture inside and disposing of old sectional and shipping boxes, but for $1000+ savings, that was a no brainer for me. Very very satisfied.

The two delivery guys were super


The two delivery guys were super helpful and efficient. We were the last delivery of their day at 9pm and they were still so friendly! We had white glove service and they were fast and cleaned everything up perfectly.

Great Furniture at a Great Price

The prodcut ordered was exactly what was delivered. Understanding that it is shipping from Texas is key, and as long as you are not in a time crunch it is worth the wait! Quality furniture at a quality price

Prompt delivery far exceeded my


Prompt delivery far exceeded my expectations. I received my order within 4 days of placing it instead of the 3 weeks that was originally expected. I was shocked and very pleased. The delivery guy was great, the chairs are beautiful and of superior quality. I couldn’t be happier.

The item is great and priced really well. It just took a very long time (months) to finally get what I ordered even though It showed the items were available. I even emailed the company and they said the product was in stock but took a long time to get the items..

All around good experience

I think Luna gets a lot of negative reviews because the website says an item will ship in one week, but in reality it's about 3 or 4 weeks. Customer service was upfront after our order, emailed, called, and texted to let us know the order would take 3 weeks and it showed up on that promise date. Fortunately, our items arrived in good condition with no issue so we didn't need any further interaction with customer service. Overall I'm very satisfied and saved about $1,600 or 25% over local store.

Great delivery team

Great delivery team. Initial hiccups with tracking a delivery date were addressed promptly. Bed was assembled well and delivery team was pleasant to work with.

If you live out of state beware of a bad delivery

First and last purchase with Luna. For the $299 delivery fee I expected more. My furniture boxes were just put on the ground not stacked neatly. Plastic on the mattress is torn and the corner of my mattress is DIRTY from it being dragged on the ground by the delivery men. Who the heck wants to sleep on a dirty mattress? Hopefully my bed is in tact when I open the boxes. If you are ordering out of state, think twice because delivery is terrible. Why not offer white glove service to out of state customers? Being a female, it was hard getting all those boxes inside by myself. Bad delivery reviews will prevent returning customers because I myself will not order from here ever again and will be spreading the word wherever I can.

You all have already been contacted via emailed with pics BEFORE I left this review and have failed to reply to attempt to rectify the issue, so don't come on here replying being phony trying to save face. You all reply to reviews quick trying to fool future customers but don't offer any sort of resolution via emails timely.

We’re truly sorry for this experience. For a $299 delivery fee, your items should still be handled with basic care — and a mattress being dragged, arriving with torn plastic, and ending up dirty is unacceptable. We completely understand why you’re upset, and we take this seriously.

To clarify, the delivery option on your order is our standard delivery service (delivery to the home/entry area). While it does not include inside placement, setup, or “white glove” handling, it must never result in damaged packaging or a soiled product.

About White Glove: you’re right to ask. White Glove service is currently available only in select zip codes in Texas, California, and the MD/DC/VA region, and it isn’t yet offered in all out-of-state areas. Your feedback is exactly why we’re working to expand coverage.

We want to make this right immediately. Please contact us at customerservice@lunafurn.com with your order number and photos of:

the dirty mattress corner,

the torn plastic, and

any box or product damage (if found after opening)

Once we receive that, we’ll open a delivery claim right away and move to a resolution depending on the condition.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the stress this caused, especially having to deal with heavy boxes alone. We’d appreciate the chance to resolve this properly.
