Let the buyer beware regarding their return/exchange policies and their sizing. They refuse to allow returns on 3 types of clothing (masks - logical, but no longer being sold, swimsuits - questionable but can be understandable, and sports crops - ridiculous and out of step with virtually every company whether brick and mortar or online). The latter is made worse by their high prices and incorrect sizing charts. I bought a sports crop and went by their chart (I'm an experienced sewer and pattern maker, so I have both the right measuring tape and knowledge of how and where to measure), and got something laughably oversized that fits me like mommy's bra on a 10 year old. But no, they won't take responsibility for their incorrect sizing charts, and they only want to offer a small discount to buy something else. Fat chance, Lunafide. I should never have spent that much on a sports crop in the first place, and I certainly won't take a chance on your sizing and policies a second time.

I have received both the Dominion hoodies, I ordered four, as well as the Phoenix rising hoodie.
They took sometime to get here in North Pole, Alaska but they finally did arrive.
The support team at LunaFide kept me in the loop as best they can throughout the whole process. They can’t control shipping but do have tracking on the packages so we all can see the status.
When they arrived the support team reached out to check on my receipt as well as my satisfaction with the products ordered. That’s some fine customer support and hard to find when looking for a quality merchant who offers quality products.
The hoodies are exceptional! Well made and the fitting instructions on their website helped a lot in getting the correct fit for different size people.
If you’re on the fence on wanting to purchase a product jump off the fence and place that order! You will be very pleased that you did!
Warning: these are high visibility garments and you will turn heads when wearing them!
Be prepared for randoms coming up to ask about your garment!

Ultra Cloak turned out far greater then I thought. Very warm when wearing. Also it's extremely soft and smooth on the outside and in the pockets. Makes my adhd satisfied when I run my fingers down it (if you know you know). Patterns are well done, only had 2 spots that had gotten misstitched but nothing remotely that effects the over all look or feel of the cloak. It's only miniscule at most that you wouldn't even notice it. Sizes do run larger so if you feel you run a XL I would get a LG. Almost bought an XL and I'm glad I didnt. overall I'm happy with the purchase

Shipping Improved! Okay So I'm a long time shopper of Lunafide, going several years back now and their shipping hasn't always been the best. However I've recently placed more than 3 separate orders for different clothing items. Everything shipped out and was delivered in under a month! Excellent superb quality as always and my items from years ago still look as new as the day I bought them!

2nd time I’ve ordered from Lunafide and the quality is amazing. It’s expensive and takes a while for shipping but that’s down to my location only. I can’t fault their products at all.

Ordered twice from these guys now. Both orders were high quality and amazing designs. It can be pricey and it does take a while for their cloaks to get shipped out. As far as the price is concerned, you certainly get what you pay for. Incredible designs and very comfortable.

Absolutely in love with this business! Their products feel luxurious and their customer service is above and beyond. I have a few friends who purchased several ultra cloaks from them and I just had to get one for myself after wearing one of theirs a few times. I couldn’t get the ultra cloaks yet due to personal finance but I got a basic cloak which still felt luxurious as the design is very detailed and the fabric is SUPER comfy. On another note, their customer service is top notch. I placed an order with the idea that I’d receive the package within a 5-6 days before I move to a new location. My friends told me that same day that it would arrive in a few months. I reached out to Lunafide right away to ask if my shipping address could be updated and within 24 hours I received a response from Bella that the address has been updated. Within a couple days my cloak was shipped and literally like a week after my order was placed, I received my cloak and on top of that, I received a follow up email from Bella checking in to see if I received my package okay. I super appreciate Bella for the above and beyond customer service. I will be ordering more from Lunafide in the future!

I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be so. Lunafide designs are awesome, and their fabrics and prints are high quality and vibrant. I buy lower cost shirts on Amazon from time-ti-time, but the best I have ever bought there are no match in color, design or quality, for the shirts and hoodies I get from from Lunafide.

Amazing shorts! I accidentally ordered a size too small on two pairs and they returned them and sent me the correct size at no extra cost! Great customer service and communication as well!

I have purchased probably upwards of $800 so far, maybe more at this point. I have bought around 8+ sets of shirts, shorts, then a ultra cloak, hooded blanket, and actual blanket. I have liked everything from them, and had no problems from them, or the delivery. I personally do not care too much for the boardshorts, but they are fine, and just my personal opinion. I had no problem with the customer service and even got a refund back promptly as well from an item I wanted taken off my order. I have not returned anything or tried so no idea on how that experience is. Overall, definitely recommend for the shirts and shorts, and the cloak and blanket are really warm, and good for winter in my opinion.

It's nothing but a scam I bought a robotic dog supposedly it turned out to be nothing but a cheap $10.00 toy I never learn if it's to good to be true stay away. Should have read the reviews first.

While it may seem pricey at first, the cloaks are well worth the price! Amazing quality, fits well, and I get compliments all the time!

Wanted to wait a month or so before writing this, because I think companies like this appreciate a real review of it in use, not just first blush observation. Storytime: I saw a couple wearing these cloaks one night out at dinner. They referred me to Lunafide and I spent quite a bit of time looking thru the inventory - which is substantial. I knew I wanted a cloak, but I wanted something very understated and classy - fitting my personality. So I decided on the Raven God Ultra Cloak. The guy I had seen wearing his seemed about my size and his was about a size too small. I'm 6'2" 230. So I went with a 3XL thinking that should be just about right for a big "overcoat style". What a well made product. It was big, heavy and has that delicious black wool inner lining. I was smitten! Exactly what I wanted. Now, I probably should have done the 2x, because the sleeves are long and it's just a little too big. However, because of how smart they make the cuffs, I was able to do a French Cuff style and it fits flawless! Think of it like the best cigar robe/cloak/hoodie you've ever owned all together.
Last thing I'll mention is about customer service. I was in the process of moving when I ordered it, and I reached out with my dilemma of needing it shipped to my new address if possible. They were super responsive & accommodating and updated everything for me. Shipping time for a custom product was on point and worth the wait.
This is a no BS review, if I had any complaints, they would be above. I don't. Just order it and you won't have any remorse. Ok bye!
