I wish I could give zero stars. The product is cheap quality, not sized correctly not as it appears on the website and they lie about the return policy, they do not accept returns unless the item is damaged. Do NOT order from them.

Trash, took 2 months to receive my order and turn out all 3 dresses are rubbish, cheap material and ugly printing DO NOT BUY FROM Lulunina!!!!

Zero starts. I wish I would've been smart and googled this company prior to purchasing. Good ole, if it's too good to be true, it probably is! These dresses are the CHEAPEST material I have ever seen. They look NOTHING like the photos. I contacted them about returning and have yet to hear back and judging by the other reviews, if I even do, they won't let me return anything. Aside from the material, the necklines are hilariously low....like almost down to my stomach low. Unwearable for any normal person. The best I can describe the material is like a really cheap, "sleeping bag" material. Absolute disgrace and scam. Lesson learned....unfortunately an expensive one :(

I have been fortunate with most purchases that were made with companies that came across my Instagram feed. Unfortunately, that was not the case with Lulunina. They sell cheap dresses which is fine but they do not accept returns, which is disgraceful. What a waste of time and money.

I would also give them ZERO stars if I could. Their customer service is the pits. I ordered a few dresses from them and NONE of them fit the way that the size chart stated, or by their personal guidance, based on my providing them with my measurements. The fabric quality is extremely sub par, AND they sent me the wrong item for one. After contacting them about a return, they refused. I wasted $100 on them. Shame on me, I guess. This is the WORST company. DO NOT buy from them!!!!!!!

I too would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a yellow dress. A month later I received a black and white dress. I emailed the company asking to exchange it for the yellow dress that I ordered. They asked me to send a picture of the dress that I received. I did. They told me that it’s the dress that I ordered. We went back and forth for days and then finally they told me that I have to allow for color and size differences. Don’t order from this company. They will just send you whatever they want and you can’t return it.

If I could give them no stars I would. The dress I received is beyond poor quality (see through and nothing like the pics). When I reached out to customer service they were no help. They have a non-existent return/exchange policy. NOT WORTH IT. GO ELSEWHERE for any purchases.

I went by their size chart. I normally wear an 8-10 but had to order a XXL according to their measurements. When I received the garments they were poorly tailored and sewn that the chest measurements were correct but the waist was too small and not elastic enough to pull up from hips or pull over your head. When asked to return for full refund, the two emails I received from”wondergal” refused to send return info or refund. I will be fighting to have my credit card refunded and report a claim. The website says 100% satisfaction. Wish I would have searched reviews first. Took over a month to receive items and then none of them even fit and I ordered three dresses. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Ordered dresses 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything from the company even though I have emailed them three times. I thought they were legit because Paypal processes for them. I have filed a complaint with Paypal asking for a refund. I don't understand why Instagram and Paypal would work with such a terrible company where there are hundreds of complaints.

This company is super unprofessional, if it's even a real company at all. They do a great job with Photoshop making their items look great on line. I paid for expedited shipping so the few pieces, I went out on a limb to purchase, would be here in time for a trip. Of course they weren't! Shame on me. Don't make the same mistake I did. I would say do not order anything from them. If you do, make sure you don't need it for at least 3 months.

I made the mistake of purchasing a dress I saw on Facebook because it looked like a style that would look good on me. I got a size up just so it would be loose. When I FINALLY got it, I couldn't pull it over my head!!! The style was NOT what the picture showed, and the bottom part was so full I looked like a balloon.
Worst part is they don't take responsibility for style or fit and will not allow a return. That's $40 I'll never see again.
DO NOT TRUST THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!!

24 days after my order and it still hasn’t been processed. I have contacted them numerous times via their various bogus email addresses. And by direct message on Instagram. They stated it takes 7-15 days to process the order. I answered them that it’s been 23 days and still no shipping info. I disputed the charge with PayPal already. And told them so when I asked for refund. They said if they issue a refund before shipping it minus 10% processing fee. I told them Since they never even processed my order I’m not paying a processing fee. And they better send full refund or I will continue to pursue dispute with PayPal and Amex. Let’s see what happens.

The worst experience I ever had! They targeted me on Instagram and tried to buy a dress I never received from China. Customer service is awful and useless.

It is a terrible company! The quality is really bad and the sizes are off. But they do not accept returns! Don’t buy anything at Lulunina! Customer service is really unfriendly.

A month later and I still have not received the merchandise. They do not answer emails.

DO NOT purchase from this company! The quality of clothing I received was terrible and the measurements were completely off. I did not even receive an item until a month after placing my order. Half of my order was canceled because they claimed items were now out of stock. When I requested a cancellation… They mailed my order out days later and then told me they were not able to cancel it because I would be receiving my order soon. When I requested a return… They said they do not except returns...even though their return policy says they will accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied. The customer service was terrible. I tried leaving reviews on Instagram and their website… My reviews were deleted. The reason their reviews look positive is because they delete anything negative.

Horrible company. Will not return items even when proven to be poor quality. Don’t buy.

I would't even give one star! DO NOT believe the positive reviews, they're FAKE.These items are cheaply made in China and do not match the images on the site.
You're made to believe you're receiving one thing but a very cheap and poorly made item is what you get and it has little to no semblance of the photos and descriptions on the website. What looks like embroidery comes out printed. The textiles used are not made for clothing, they're industrial textiles.
This is a FRAUD. The website is made to look like a Western/European website but it's a front for a business that runs multiple fake websites that promise fast fashion at low prices. Please don't waste your time or money!

Horrible!!! Sizes are waaaay off and they will not accept any exchanges or returns! Their website states differently! “30 day easy returns.... satisfaction guaranteed”...

The response I received is they only accept returns for printing wrong patterns and wrong delivery.
