A zero star or less rating would be more appropriate. Sure appears to be a scam site. I ordered 2 camp chairs from lulunina-store and my credit card was charged right away by enovelty-best, not lulunina. I received a confirmation for the order the same day. One week later still no word about shipping. I sent an email to service@lulanina-store (from the order confirmation page) inquiring about the order status. No response from them for a week now even though their web site promised questions answered within a 24 hour time frame. Now when I attempt to go to lulunina-store I am redirected to colourful-best. It appears they change the site name to avoid you.
Stay away.

Ordered chairs via Facebook for $40 and they never sent even an order confirmation, much less the product, but of course the money charged to my card.

I spend over $80 on 4 reclining chairs and even paid the extra for expedited shipping. I got an email confirming my order, but nothing in the month since. They do not reply when you contact their support either. The money cleared my account and is gone, but there is no way of getting them to contact me for a refund or to let me know where my order is.

Ordered 3 chairs a week ago, no shipping info., no response to several emails! Guess I’m just out my money! BEWARE!!!

I am still waiting for an order to ship that I placed over a week ago. I have emailed them twice with no response, and I am starting to think they are a scam!
I don't know about the quality, but their customer service sucks!!
I will update if, and when, the order arrives!!

It has been over a month and I haven't received my chairs. They sent me an email but no info on how to track the shipment or how to know if they really even shipped anything.

Company charged my account day after order ... 8 days later, still no correspondence of shipment. Companies are not supposed to charge until shipment !!!!

I was SCAMMED!! Don’t fall for it!!i ordered two reclining camp chairs and got two cheap little camp stools!

What a poor excuse for a business. Delivery took weeks. I ordered four pair of pants,run very small. Order two sizes up. They DO NOT accept returns and insult your intelligence when you attempt to return the items. I received an email from “Wonder Girl” telling me they would give me $10 of a $60 order and to keep the pants. It’s a WONDER they can stay in business and speaks volumes for their products. Even they do not want them back. Same merchandise on Wish and Ali Express at half the price. Do yourself a favor and just DON’T.

dresses were nothing like the photos. I was also charged VAT when I collected them from the post office. I requested a return and I posted them back in July and the company claim they haven't received them. I have paid out for the original purchase, the VAT charge plus the return costs. So out of pocket please dont buy from them, also they take ages to come from China in the first place.

Please be careful. I ordered an item over 4 weeks ago. I then get a request for a customs charge for £11. I paid it. Still no item, still no refund. Vile organisation. No communication. How are these organisations allowed to operate? How???

Worst customer service i've ever encountered. Ordered 2 dresses, only 1 came. After sending SEVERAL emails they finally responded that the other dress is now out of stock. I STILL have not received a refund.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering or I would never have ordered!!! I ordered a dress and some sandals and both are awful - the dress is a horrible cheap material and the colour is nowhere near what it showed online (a beautiful bright yellow online and a horrible dull mustard colour on arrival) and the shoes are so cheap made the strap has been stitched a odd places!!! I'm so disappointed and what's even more disappointing is that I'm trying to return them and I'm getting very little communication from the company. The dress is also slightly freyed under the arm and they've asked for a photo to prove it. Awful service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Total waste of money :(

Abysmal experience. I have sent half a dozen messages asking to make a return and they will not respond. No address or return information is sent with the items so nothing can be returned. Do not order from them.

The material feels really cheap and the fit is awful. I tried to return it and apparently they don't offer returns unless the item was damaged. So be careful using this company, clearly over promising items to customers to get them in the door!

Do NOT buy from this company. Sizes do NOT match their charts. Although say return, they do NOT. Clothes do NOT fit and are poor quality. Horrible customer service. Just send same email repeatedly denying return.

Do not buy from this company. You cannot return the products even though the website claims a 30 day return policy. The customer service is horrible. The products are not what is depicted in the picture. The quality is very cheap.

I have could give zero stars than it would be even better. Never ever order from LuluNina!!! Fabrics do look like cotton on their website but are terrible (synthetic), sizes don't match at all and they don't accept a return of the products. This is a scam!

Sorry I even have to give one star!!!! this is complete crap! horrible material, sizes are not true, customer service is non existent.
I emailed to get the return documents and they refuse to accept any returns even though their website claims 100% satisfaction... I am 100% unsatisfied!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE VERY BAD NEWS!!!
