I also order those two swinging chairs on 6/17/2020 and emailed them on July 1st on the status, they gave me a reason about because of Covid give them time to get order. I reached out to them again on yesterday 7/21/2020 and they haven't responded yet. I just disputed them charges with my bank and will be heading over to BBB!

Placed an order for 2 chairs on June 21, 2020 no communication since then and now it says it is Colourful Best still no communication. I feel it is a scam and will be disputing the charge.

Looks like we all ordered the same week. I ordered on 7/22/20. Contacted them on 7/6/2020 asking for an update on my order. They gave me some crap about logistics being paralyzed because of the pandemic. Asked for my money back - NOTHING. No chairs, no money, no communication!!

ZERO STARS!!!. The FTC and the BBB absolute need complaints filed against this site and or company. I Have.

Agree with other reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I like others ordered (2) chairs on June 20th. I have not heard from them since. I have sent several emails and have even responded to a text that they sent when they first received my order. There is no phone number available so you can not call to talk to anyone and they will not respond to your emails/texts. Horrible customer service and agree with others that I feel this is a scam. I have canceled my order and if they try to charge my cc I will dispute any and all charges.

Saw this reviews... maybe I have been scammed too. I ordered 2 camp rocking chairs on June 23rd 2020 from Lululnina. Thr order# is LLNN2006226010. Sent them multiple emails. Last email was on the July 13th saying I'm to expect the packages next week (which is this week). Not a good sign! 😑

Ordered 5 chairs last week of June 2020....today is 21 July 2020....no chairs....no verifiable contact info...total scam....they used Facebook to advertise...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

This company does NOT deserve any star. They are Star DEFICIENT. I'm a moran. I ordered 6 of those chairs over a month ago. I emailed a few times asking for an explanation and they only response was that "please do be patient". Really? It was unprofessional in the manner they typed. No name after the message. Looked like they didn't know what they were doing in regards to even trying to halfway make it look like a reliable company. I am contacting my bank and hope I get my $120.00 back asap.

Like everyone else, I ordered 2 chairs, they took my money and now 3 weeks later no chairs!!

I ordered chairs on the Lulunina website on June 29, 2020. It is July 17, 2020 and we have no chairs. I have emailed them multiple times asking for a refund, because the event that we need the chairs for is this weekend. They have not replied to messages sent through their website or emails sent in response to the order email. Terrible service! Totally disappointed! I hope they refund our money, or that will be an additional concern.

Purchased two chairs 6-22-20. They replyed “we’re getting your order ready to ship” on 6-22-20. Today 7–16-20 no chairs. No notification of any type. Must be a sham. Not worth a star.

I ordered chairs on the 25th of June they took payment but month later and my chairs have yet to be shipped. I will never deal with this company again.

Please someone do something about this...these were advertised on FB. Was charged for them received no word at all. How do they get away with this? These were a gift for my daughter who goes camping a lot.

I also reluctantly gave one star. Would have given zero but in order to leave feedback you had to give one. I can’t get them to reply to me and I also have not received the chairs. Very poor and unprofessional customer service.

Ordered camping chair via a Facebook ad on June 19th. Received order confirmation and my card was charged. The link provided to check order status doesn't work and there has been no response to my inquiries regarding the status of my order. Guess I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank and notify FB. So irritating !!!

I ORDERED 2 CHAIRS IN JUNE AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING YET. I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY.

Buyer be ware! Should have read reviews before spending (WASTING) my money. Haven't received my order or any feed back from the company.

ordered 2 camp chairs a month ago. order confirmed and credit card charged. no tracking provided and no chairs arrived. never again. gave one star because I had to in order to open review box. UGH!!!!! calling credit card company today to dispute order and file complaint. Save your money. buy local.
