Enjoyed playing and I did win more than…

Enjoyed playing and I did win more than I lost, but in the end I felt like old habits were going to kick in so I contacted support and spoke to Teresa about self exclusion. She was very well mannered and helped me in a flash. Thank you

Very helpful and friendly staff so far. All staff I've encountered after my first day deserve 5 if not 6 stars. (both support team and game hosts) However, there are a lot of convoluted rules and regulations and fine print on the website which can be a little distracting.
Teresa from the support team deserves a special recognition for providing exceptional help via the live chat option. All my questions have been answered promptly, clearly and accurately (even the legal ones!).

Spend £40 on slots ,for 15 min and play with minim. BET of £0.20.... just imagine. Max win 1.50, and did't catch any bonus games at all. £40 - 15min - bet per spin £0,20. Good luck.

If you so good , then why i try to do self-exclusion already week. At first waiting for confirmation e-mail 2-3 days, but when i pressing on link provided by your casino to finalise self - excl. I receive only error. And one more, today try again deposit , was thinking my be realy this was my mistakes, and what i soo: £1 bet - max winings was £0.14, so i will be ok if half of bet was comming sometimes back, but was 0.14 ...0.12.... 0.08 ..... with £1 single bat .£20 fly away in sec.
So i writing you here: please close my account . Log-in: evlampij1985_lc . And also close all my accounts in your casino network, like GLOSYBINGO.. and cuple more. And please not like written on your website responsible gaming: you can reopen this at any time , just contact suport, but close them permamently.
