After losing too much money to admit i finally win $500 then mysteriously the site loses connection and refuses to load..I have made several attempts to talk to support and they will not respond..Seems they want to hold my money for their own investments and will allow me to load the game when I can withdraw. Or maybe that's paranoid..or maybe its not..watch them take 5 days to pay me!!!

Its now 14th April. Ive been waiting since 3rd of April for a withdrawal and 6th April for another one. After a lengthy verification process i was advised to wait 7 business days from email support.( My account is fully verified according to my account!!!) However on the 7th business day the withdrawals were both cancelled by them without explanation and the funds were added back into my balance. Total waste of time contacting live chat. All they can do is offer general advice, they have no access to your account or no contact with the actual support team. If I'm told one more time to be patient I'll scream!!! They are no help whatsoever and the most they can advise is to contact support via email which takes at least two days for a reply.
No one has offered any explanation as to why my withdrawals were cancelled!! All of this is nothing but a stalling tactic in my opinion. In the hope you will forget all about withdrawing and just continue to play. Not happening here. I will not be depositing another penny until i receive my withdrawals.
My best advice, stay away unless you're willing to get into a lengthy ping pong battle to receive your withdrawals. Its the worst experience ive ever had on any of the sites.
I will update this review accordingly if and when i hear anything positive back from someone who can actually help!!!

Update**** today 18th April i submitted another withdrawal request for the winnings that were reversed back into my account and surprise surprise i have the money the same day!!! Only after ive made this review and sent three emails. Yet previously I've been advised it takes seven working days!! Total stalling tactic, know this move only too well.

My first deposit bonus wasn't credited to my account. I emailed for assistance and got no answer. I decide to play thinking they would fix the problem. I decided to try the chat box.
