Avoid RetroBet at all costs – this is a predatory Curaçao-based casino that's operating illegally in Austria and straight-up ignoring legitimate legal demands for repayment of losses. What they don't tell you is that without an Austrian license under the Glücksspielgesetz (GSpG), their entire operation is unlawful here
I sent an initial demand letter in NOV 2025, followed by a formal attorney's demand from my lawyer, citing the nullity of contracts (§ 862 ABGB) and unjust enrichment (§ 871 ABGB). They had 14 days to repay my net losses plus interest – deadline long expired, and ZERO response. No email, no acknowledgment, nothing. They've ghosted me completely, even after certified mail to their Curaçao address (Stable Tech N.V., Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad).
This isn't just bad customer service; it's theft. Wrong German AGB's wich are not matching English AGB's - as well as the same for Translations at Bonus AGB's I've seen similar complaints on Casino Guru and AskGamblers – delayed payouts, confiscated winnings, endless verification loops, and poor responsible gambling follow-up. Trust me, if you win, they'll find excuses; if you lose and demand it back legally, they'll ignore you.
I'm escalating to court now and reporting to Austrian authorities
Don't deposit a cent here – they'll take your money and vanish when you fight back. Scam alert for all EU players, especially in Austria and Germany!

Great site until you actually win money. Deposited $100.00 and wound up with $350.00 . I withdrew $300.00 with no difficulty. A few days later I had won a significant amount and when I attempted to withdraw a further $300.00 Suddenly my account required FAR MORE VERIFICATION !! They asked for bank documents which my bank warned me would provide this site with full access to my accounts. I did some further checking and discovered this site is NOT LICENSED TO OPERATE IN CANADA !! My advice, Do your homework before giving away your money !
