Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I am not surprised to see negative reviews here as this site is not trustworthy. Registration is hard and takes forever and then when you want to withdraw they simply ignore you! Countless Emails have gone un answered. I have given up and they owe me $600.

This is a joke of a company!!
This is a joke of a company, I have lost money and the little amount that I would like to withdraw is not being accepted.
I have had to send information 3 times to verify my account and this still has not been solved. Their customer service is very abrasive and do not care about their customers. It is an absolute disgrace of a company and I feel I may have to go to the authorities about them.

Seen so many negative reviews regarding this gambling site . I won on bingo diamond first tie I used it on mobile. £500 I withdrew and no problems at all.
My son joined nearly all there sites and won on a few of there sites that were high amounts. Had a few hiccups with IDENTIFICATION had loads of conversations with chat members and emails going back and forth. Eventually ID was accepted and money went into account. We both played via mobile but now the slots won’t work on mobile since claiming winnings!!!
I think we were just lucky we got our winnings but I don’t know that for sure. We have both closed accounts now because it’s strange how we both can’t get on slots using same method so maybe the winnings were an error on there part but they had to honour it.
Don’t know the answer to that.

They won’t pay you your winnings avoid!
The games available are ok but not worth playing as I played and did not get my winnings they said it was because of a duplicate account but when I contacted broadway they said I was being paid and not to open any more accounts however they’ve now changed their mind and not getting paid. I was not excluded or playing on bonus money and in their terms it states if duplicate accounts it will be made into one and all funds transferred, this is a lie as I’ve read lots of reviews all telling a similar story so please do not play here and expect to collect your winnings avoid at all costs

The worst casino I have ever come across it’s run by the group called broadway gaming have BUTLERS BINGO Dotty Bingo Lucky247 Bingo Diamond Rehab Bingo. Basically they are not playing by the rules when it comes to player protection. My experience was I received emails texts etc from them They let me sign up to one of their offers and deposit as an excluded gambler of which I never knew I was and when it came to pay out the winnings they refused to.My advice is have nothing to do with this company and if you experience any problems if you do get caught out by them contact the gambling commission immediately. Broadway Gaming have already been fined £100,000 for breach of conduct.
Took £50, refused to refund due to "technical problems" and will not refund.
Opened an account with these fraudsters, they let me deposit £50, my account was locked due to "technical issues" which took hours, then days, now weeks to resolve and still remain ongoing. I've complained formally and have been told I can have my money back after I verify my ID. ID verified with UK driving licence and current credit card statement and now silence has fallen, despite trying asking nicely, asking assertively, requesting that they refer any ongoing issues to an ADR company (standard protocol for all gambling disputes) to finally losing my temper and outright abusing them in the hope of stinging a response out of them and they remain silent. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with Lucky247 leads me to believe that they do not take responsible gaming seriously enough to protect vulnerable players. They apparently use email addresses for identification purposes so if you self- exclude or close an account due to gambling issues they will still allow you to open a new account with them if you use an alternative email address! This happened to me 3 years after requesting an account to be closed due to gambling issues, (I didn't even remember having had previous accounts with them) they accepted deposits of £600 then closed my account and refused to refund the deposits. I was bombarded with emails and texts for two weeks after the account was closed and it was only because I complained that they stopped. I received an invitation in the post a few days ago (3 months after they closed my account) telling me they missed me and offering me an incentive to "come back". Appalling behaviour from dishonest casino.

Impossible to unsubscribe. The funny thing is, I haven't got an account with Lucky247 Casino, and I never have had one. I've been receiving text messages from them for probably going on 2 years now. I've contacted them directly by email, to which the said they would unsubscribe me and it will take a few days. That didn't happen. I've clicked their unsubscribe link on their website, and that worked for a while, and just recently I've been receiving them again, periodically every 2 days.
Their unsubscribe links on their text messages don't go anywhere, they don't function as links, they just go to a non-existent webpage. It's impossible to block them through your phone. Absolutely unacceptable conduct from what appears to be a legitimate gambling website.
They refused to process my withdrawal, amounting to 400 pounds!
The team at this casino (Lucky247) refused to accept the documents I sent (my ID, official document issued by the government and the bank statement, official document issued by the bank), they refused to process my withdrawal, amounting to 400 pounds. I mention that I had three deposits worth a total of 130 pounds.
This is a serious crime. When I made the deposits, there is no problem, but when I get a small win, they refuse to validate my account and return my earned money. What this means? It definitely means that this casino is not trusted, at this casino you have no chance of winning, there is no chance to get the money you earn! At this casino, it's legalized... thief!
Because they did not recognize my documents, official documents, because my account was not legalized and because my withdrawal was not approved, I ask for my full refund of the total amount of deposits that, I made it to this casino! (130 pounds). This, the return of the deposits, I want to take place now, very urgently! It's my money! In addition to this, please take severe measures against those who administer this casino. I searched the internet for information about this casino and ... the surprise! There are many complaints against this ordinary casino, Lucky247 !!! What are you doing? Good if you are patient enough
Here is the thing, the site looks a little dodgy, most things require costumer service chats and it seems some departments dont communicate very well.
That being said, the software is good, the support is friendly and will eventually get the job done. Payment was actually quite fast.
When you look online, you see lots and lots of negativity about Lucky247, which I think, at least from my very recent experience, is not really deserved.

Won a fair share at this casino, being a new player and all, it was important I read t&c's. I was a lil worried at first but after my first payout, I am $1900 into my next withdrawal. Whoop whoop. Never get my £2000 I win and been offered £240. When I've asked why, guy on the phone told me l should be happy I didn't get £0 instead.

after using a bonus i played over a week in periods of 1-3 hours, building my balance from initial deposit of £150 to over £1945. i then decided to withdraw £1750 of this which then never got payed to me. my account dissappeared and apparently never existed. through correspondence and sending copies of bank statements proving deposits (obviously sensored) they still had the audacity to deny ever having the account or money deposited nor any withdrawal request. the conversation went from enquiry to very rude written assault very quickly. they are due for review by the gambling commission in due course as apparently i am not a solitary case of this kind of treatment.
