The company advertised Ralph Lauren Polo shirts. When I received the order a month and a half later, they were knocked off brand shirts. I did submit a request to the customer service department and after multiple communications was offered an 80% refund and would not need to ship back the product. They stated it would take one to two billing cycles. Since then I have sent four requests but they have stopped responding. I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and also to the federal trade commissioner.

Scam. Clothing was fake polyester gear from China.

This store is nothing but a scam, I order from shop pay and got scammed by this company, I fully paid over 2 months ago and till this day still haven't got my order, sent several emals to the merchant and ahop pay and no one response!
Now the tracking number says no order found!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR ORDER!
LUCENNO IS A SCAM!!!!!!

I order online and never got a confirmation.
I email and send an order #
Ask for a tracking # it's been more that 3 weeks have no response.
Total time has passed it's going to five weeks no item delivered.

I just say Lucenno is a scam website. I bought Lucenno products on Shop website, I received the fake polos, I returned those polos to Lucenno in China since 8 weeks with my cost, but I never receive my refund. I would like to let our world know, avoid to order their products if you don't want to lost your money and time.

official page is down. I purchased producted on Nov. 1 2025. went to look for email about my purchase and haven't found it wtf?? went to the "official page" guess what " page is down" can't believe my transaction went through ! i'm disputing right now, Nov.8. I hope I can get a refund !

Don't bother...ordered a couple of shirts and they me never showed... website is a scam

This is a Chinese drop ship and a fraud. Ordered a couple of polos from them. Shortly after ordering I had a bad feeling so I emailed them and said cancel my order. Didn't hear from them so I contested the charge with my credit card company. Got a nasty email from Lucenno saying I was abusing the charge back process and threatening legal action. I laid out the facts for them, no response. A week later someone tried to use my card to rent a scooter in the Philippines. Eventually I did receive a shipment from them, a bunch of Temu knock off garbage that had been trans-shipped though an address in the US. Please avoid this company.

This site buys clothes from temporary or worse suppliers, marks them up, and sells them as if they were Polo. They're the worst quality; they look like homeless people wear them. Don't buy! For returns, you have to pay over $50 to ship it back to China. It's a scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LUCENNO; THEY ARE CHINESE SCAMMERS.

Lucenno came up as advertisements on my timeline. I bought two Polo brand shirts on sale. When they arrived, they came in shady packaging under first name only "Mark" and both shirts wete fake Polo. I tried to contact phone number found on website, it was an inactive number. I tried emailing for return - no replies. This is a Chinese knock off company. Buyer beware. I got suckered for $98.

Buyer Be Warned. I ordered 3 shirts on September 11th. I paid for expedited shipping. I still have not received the shirts. Multiple emails have been sent asking for updates and I keep getting the same response, Sorry, we are looking into the situation. There is little help if there is a problem with your order with no resolution. Stay away and shop some where else.

Very fake, duped. Logo looks handicapped. Website looks very clean.

The products are of very poor quality and not wearable.
When I tried to return them, I was asked to pay a return fee that cost more than the products themselves.
Honestly, it feels like a scam.
I do not recommend ordering from this site.

Poor quality product; poor fitting acording to size; promoted "polo" when it wasn't a Ralph Lauren product- probably illegal. Attempted to return merchandise but they make you jump thru hoops and mail it to China!! Better to donate to Goodwill... stay clear of this company- they are dishonest and lack integrity

Sent me fraudulent Polo products and made me pay the shipping cost: $70!!!!! They sent fake products demanded I pay the shipping to get a refund. DO NOT BUY!!! CRIMINAL!

Total misrepresentation of a company and product. This is NOT a Ralph Lauren product. The garment is 100% polyester, not 100% cotton. No labels, no country of origin designation, and a cheap Polo branded rider to boot. Shameful and illegal. Shame on Fox, Tik Tok and Google for showing their ad.

Truly a scam. Goods ordered arrived completely wrong, not what was ordered and 100% fake!
Goods were returned for the full guaranteed refund, but nothing was ever paid back....Avoid at all cost!

Complete scam! I ordered at the end of August and still haven’t received anything. They haven’t responded to email and their phone number doesn’t even work. Don’t order from them period!!!
