Lti Transformations Omdömen

The work was done on time and finished completely and left with all tidying up carried out. Workers were very polite and accommodating. We can’t praise Aaron, who did all the washing and painting, high enough. He is a superb worker as was Brendan who was involved in the wash and finishing of painting as he had been Ill. He should be commended too.

The workmen were very good. Pleasant demeanor and very careful in terms of how they were working around the house. Made sure all repairs completed and double checked that coverage was to our satisfaction. Painless and stressless experience. Always explained visit and work plans / schedule as well as potential changes due to weather etc..

Just had our roof and wall treated by Arron and Brandon. Nothing was too much trouble and were very pleasant and polite.
You have one very happy customer and would definitely would recommend you.

A wonderful transformation has been made to my property by Scott and Jamie on 24/3/25 in a professional and friendly manner and I have no hesitation in recommending them and Lti as a reliable company.

The work carried out was very professional and I think his name was Sam and his colleague were very helpful ,explaining what they were doing and did an excellent job .They also made sure that everywhere was cleaned and put back the way it was, would highly recomend this company. D CADDEN.

Chris and Sean did a magnificent job. They explained the process, answered my questions and reassured me all the way through the roof renovation.

A first class job and I would definitely recommend LTI

Overall the work was carried out to a very high standard. The work teams were skilled and diligent and each member was friendly and polite. The render to the walls had been in need of extensive repair so that team had much to do. There were a couple of issues but all were resolved. I am delighted with the finished result and happy to have watertight walls. My neighbour opposite phoned to congratulate me on the appearance of my house!

I would like to commend LTI for the excellent work carried out on our property. Especially Stephen and Mel for their professionalism and workmanship. Nothing was a problem. They respected our property with care and attention to detail. You are both a credit to your company.
Mr and Mrs Paul Larkins

We had an exceptional amount of moss on our roof to be cleaned off! Mel and Steven did a really good job containing the mess. They were polite, friendly and respectful of our property in difficult circumstances. The final finish has been positively commented upon by neighbours before the guys had even left!

LTI did a great job on repairs to my roof after storm damage, replacing tiles and coating them afterwards in my chosen colour. They renewed all sofits and guttering too. Daniel and William were the LTI guys that worked on the house, clearly committed to making sure I was satisfied with the quality of the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LTI for their overall professionalism and installation team that completed the job so well.

From start to finish the team that have washed/repaired and painted have been 1st rate. They wete polite and helpful with answers to any questions they were also very hard working getting the job done not stopping every two seconds for one reason or another.

Great service . Great attention to detail ,always professional and polite. From the admin team, roughcast repair all the way through to the coating and painting the outside of the house . Well done to Chris ,Sean and all your colleagues.

Our house has truly been "transformed" by LTI. The outside walls and window facia now look brand new after being in the Scottish weather for over 30 years. All the workers of LTI have been friendly and helpful but the guys (Peter and Ryan) who completed the final 2 days work were absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend LTI to transform your house.

Absolutely brilliant service. My roof and walls were covered in October and I could not praise the team any more. They are so professional and their work ethic is amazing. Highly recommend and after the storm we had everything is still perfect. Thank you so much and sorry for taking so long to review!!

From our first meeting with Ewan, we were excited to have our walls coated. He explained everything so well and told us all the technical details required and we just couldn't say no to the offer. The staff in the office were excellent at keeping us updated throughout. Paul and Jack carried out our wall transformation, which they did amazingly well. They made it look so easy and it was all done before we knew it! Paul talked us through the job beforehand, then completed it with zero fuss or mess. They were very professional always happy and all round great guys. We absolutely love the look of our house and we can't thank the team at LTI enough. Would highly recommend them! Thanks again.

Tom and Teresa Scott

The coating on my house was completed yesterday by LTI. I am very satisfied with the job and the two workmen carried out the job veryprofreshionally.
The area round the house was left clean and tidy.
Would recommend the company to friends or family.

We're delighted by the results. The house is now a glimmering white! Neighbours rather jealous!
Peter and his team were excellent -- very efficient, friendly and accommodating. They completely covered all windows and other features, left the place spotless and were most obliging.

From the first contact until the work was completed all the staff kept us informed about the state of our roof transformation.
After the initial contact and the surveyors visit there was only a short wait for work to commence. Paul and his colleagues worked extremely hard cleaning the roof and on the next suitable dry day came back to apply the treatment. Once more they made sure everything was cleared up before they left.
We are extremely pleased with the appearance of our good as new roof.

Reliable and professional team who work hard to give us an excellent result.
