Great Customer Service
I recently purchased the wrong style of wine glasses for a birthday present. The process of returning these glasses was simple and very quick. The correct style was bought and arrived quickly. I can't recommend LSA highly enough for their delivery, returns procedure and of course their beautiful glassware.

Excellent selection of stylish glassware + superb customer service
LSA offer an beautiful collection of stylish and practical glassware. On this visit I was looking for a gift for a special occasion, and bought 2 small vases.
The items arrived very quickly and were very well packaged.
Sadly the event was cancelled, so I chose to return the items (free) to LSA, who refunded me without delay.
As always it was a pleasure to buy from them, and I will look forward very much to the next time!
