I received 2 vases

I received 2 vases; one had a damage. I printed the return label and send back the damaged vase with all requested paperwork. I begin getting emails to photograph the vase I had already sent back (LSA has photos of the order). I provided the order #. LSA has the vase and I just want my refund credited back to my Credit card.

Beautiful product

Fast delivery, beautiful product and well packaged to avoid the possibility of any damage. Bought for a friend as a birthday present and it was a hit!

I am extremely disappointed, terrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When placing my order, the integrated platform SHOP automatically added an old postcode to my otherwise correct address without any clear notification. This was not an error on my part.

As soon as I noticed, I made multiple attempts to contact customer service to correct the issue immediately, as advised on your FAQ page. Unfortunately, none of these attempts were successful. The email listed on the website bounced back, I reached out via Instagram with no response, and even after calling the contact number, I was only given another email address with no real assistance.

The person on the phone was unable to help, stating they didn’t know when the order would be processed and couldn’t make any changes. This lack of communication and support is very frustrating, especially given the urgency of correcting an address before dispatch.

At this point, I have no confidence that the issue will be resolved before shipping, which puts the order at risk of being lost. If that happens, I will expect a full refund.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing due to poor customer service and lack of accountability. If someone could respond to me here and try to help with a simple address amendment that would be really appreciated but I shouldn’t have to go to these lengths to do this. Overall an extremely stressful experience.

Beautiful item - BIG BUT!!!

Beautiful item, but it arrived damaged. Unable to contact anyone regarding the issue & I have received absolutely no response to multiple email correspondence. I tracked the return myself & confirmed the POD information, yet there is still no communication regarding the order status or details of the refund from claims team.
Great design, questionable quality & NO customer service.

NO customer service, no goods delivered.

UPDATE: They have finally emailed me, a week later, with a 'good will gesture' of 20% off my next order....

Needless to say that I won't be ordering from them again. If you couldn't get the first order correct and couldn't reply to me in time then why would I attempt to order from you in the future, especially for a 'good will gesture' of just 20% off next purchase.

Ordered something 6 days ago, with next day delivery promised, still have not received anything.

I then tried to ring the number on their website, which I was told was for something else, and to email them. I have sent 3 emails and have wrote to them on their website as well, and have had NO response.

Awful (NO) customer service, no delivery and was expecting it for Mother's Day as a gift.

So dissapointed. Had to contact my bank and retract the payment, thankfully they refunded me and stopped the payment.

This company seems very dodgy, and I feel I have been scammed.

I would not recommend ordering from them.

Looking at other reviews they have mentioned 'their systems have been down' which seems very convenient. You should still be able to deliver the goods or reply to customers, and if you can't then you should have that on your website.

Thankfully my bank have refunded me and blocked the payment.

Awful customer service, very disappointing

For me the frustrating part is that no one I contacted at LSA International by phone and email informed me that you were migrating to a new system. I am not sure how this stopped anyone from customer services or indeed anyone I contacted from answering my numerous emails and phone call. It was only when I reviewed the shocking service on TrustPilot that I got any response at all. Even that was the day after the review no urgency form LSA. I would normally change and update my review if I thought the issue had been dealt with.
If I could give you a zero start I would.
It would be useful if you guys did some basic customer service training.

Friday 13th still no response from company. Truly awful experience.

Well another day gone this is unprofessional and rude

I have been trying for days to get a return postage label . Website says they reply within one day but not my experience.
Managed to find a phone number however absolutely no help and suggested I put Urgent urgent urgent to get a response.
Still no response. I use LSA glass in my ABNB but may reconsider with the awful level of service
