Very poor Service
Very poor Service - for more than three weeks no information, no answer on email, no chance to get personal contact.
After finally getting an answer it took another five days to start figuring out shipping-cost. Still no word. So we have trouble with our customer due to timelines.
Good design, good quality, bad service!

Beautiful quality glasses
Beautiful quality glasses.
The colours are just what I was looking for . There was a slight problem with order one of the glasses was broken however excellent customer services soon sorted it out . I had a replacement in just a couple of days .

No customer service
I ordered 2 sets of glasses and unfortunately one glass had a flaw contacted the only option email - no reply no acknowledgement put it down to Christmas sent it again and again still no reply used the phone no which said email us so sent again no answer very disappointing won’t be buying from them again

Five stars to this classy company. Vase exquisite and communication strong. Delivery was as agreed and packaging brilliant. My friend is really happy with her gift. Quality product, quality company. Appropriate level of contact after purchase telling me about their sale. No non stop messages asking me to give feedback or too many emails alerting me to every part of the buying/dispatch process and so LSA ticked all boxes for me. Would highly recommend.
