Lovely glasses

Nice glass shame about the unhelpful…
Nice glass shame about the unhelpful customer service! I have just replaced some glasses. The new ones are two centimeters shorter than the old ones. I sent a message to ask when this took place and if I could purchase some of the old style. The answer back 'They can't take this further without proof of purchase?!!!' Why, what has that got to do with anything I have asked.

I wanted to purchase a particular vase for a present. When I looked it was out of stock so I signed up for the stock updates. I was pleasantly surprised a few weeks later when a notification came through and I was able to make my purchase. Thank you LSA for keeping me informed

Shocking 6 Day Delivery Delay
Good Afternoon - I cannot tell you how happy I am with my purchase because it did not arrive until I had left home for a trip away.
This was a birthday gift due for delivery on Friday May 30th for a Birthday on May 31st - I was texted by DPD to tell me it was arriving on the 30th - it did not.
I checked again and again and it spent days in their Dundee Depot finally being delivered on June 5th - 6 days later.
So the LSA purchase may be perfect when I eventually see it but you need a new Courier service.
