Item (Pearl Jug) arrived completely…

Item (Pearl Jug) arrived completely smashed to bits, I could hear that was broken when the delivery man from DHL gave it to me, he was totally uninterested when I told him I was broken before I even opened it, he just got back into his van and drove off.

Purchased the LSA Pearl vase and…

Purchased the LSA Pearl vase and tealights as a special 30th wedding anniversary present. Beautiful, quality product. From order placement to delivery, very happy with quick and efficient service.

Very poor customer service

I asked them a question using the email address they provide on their website. I have tried 3 times now and no reply from them. I have checked my spam/junk folder and there is no reply from them. Their website says they aim to respond within 1 working day. I emailed them on 29 September. It is now 7 October. It has put me off purchasing anything from them. Their stock reply to these sorts of comments via Trustpilot seems to be "oh it must be your email provider". No....it isn't. They also have my initial enquiry wrong on their Trustpilot reply. Not impressed at all.

Horrible Communication!

I have sent 3 emails, 1 instagram message and even posted my question on their IG post that was just a few hours old and have yet to receive a response from them asking for information on a product. Terrible CS! Makes me not want to buy from them. What if I was having an issue with an order.

Stylish and elegant

I have always loved LSA glassware. It is stylish and elegant.
Wine glasses and liqueur glasses only come out for special occasions as they are now irreplaceable as they are no longer stocked - such a pity.

Poor service

Item was not despatched to me within 24 hours; it arrived days later.
No updates re delivery by DPD.
The box was not secure and the glass Bon Bon jar could have rolled out.
Appalling.

Lovely product, great quality

The product is great quality as I had expected, how the packaging was damaged internally which took the shine off as it was a gift and this detracted from the quality. In fairness the customer service were responsive and offered a small rebate as they were unable to provide alternative packaging - so very good customer service, just a pity it wasn’t picked up in the pick/ dispatch process.
Again, the product is lovely and this will outlive the packaging!!
