Beautiful and stylish tumblers
The glasses are beautiful and stylish- we love them.
One of them cracked during delivery so I contacted the team and it was replaced immediately. Great customer service.

Brilliant design and fast delivery…
We saw these water jugs in our hotel whilst on holiday and manage to track them down to LSA. We order one when we we got home we a thrilled with it and impressed with the speed of delivery, we would recommend LSA to everyone

Vase had a terrible fault in it!!
Vase had a terrible fault in it!!! I wrapped it up and then wanted me to unwrap it again!!! Their quality control doesn’t exist!!!

After receiving your message, we tried our best to accommodate your request by arranging a home collection to make the return process easier. A full refund was issued for your order.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and will be reviewing this with our quality control team to help prevent similar issues in the future.
No delivery arrived for over a week
No delivery arrived for over a week. Customer services were slow in responding and when they did it was obvious that they hadn’t looked through the details of the delivery status and blamed it on me. Again after two further emails and no response I threatened to go to my credit card company upon which customer services offered a refund or replacement. I am hopefully going to receive the item today after 18 days of paying. I missed giving this as a present for a birthday I was attending on Oct 12th. I received no compensation whatsoever.
