I was having issues with my ticket,where the tickets didnt get emailed to me but the payment went through. I rang the company and spoke to an advisor called Cyle. He managed to help me straight away and managed to get the tickets sent me.

Very easy to book entry to Gwrych Castle in advance online. A couple of days later I contacted Lovetovisit via their enquiry form (via the Contact link) to see if they could change the ticket dates (delay by a few days as I’d injured my back).
