I had misplace my tickets for the Proms at Highclere, or don’t remember seeing them, but on contacting your dept and messaging my problem. Cyle Rees, responded so quickly it was amazing, never had a service so positive and so quick, brilliant. I now have peace of mind and am looking forward to The Proms. Thank you Cyle.

I hastily booked tickets via lovetovisit for a day out for myself and my daughter, however after booking I then checked the direct website and found the tickets cheaper. I accidentally have chosen the wrong date which was yesterday and Joe helped me to reschedule it which only takes less than 24hours. I was worried whether I can change the ticket because the date I booked is already passed and the price was £46 in total but I was still able to rebook it to different date. I appreciate for the fast and kind service and thank you for Joe again!

I had an issue when I booked the wrong date for some tickets for an attraction in Blackpool by mistake. I dealt with Cyle who sorted the matter out for me very speedily. There were issues with the company who the tickets were bought from but he managed to get that sorted out for me quickly and very efficiently.

I had tickets arranged to visit the zoo for March . Due to a hospital admission I had to cancel. I contacted Lovetovisit on Monday to rearrange and was advised they would contact me within. 48 hours.
I got an e-mail on Thursday morning with new tickets as requested.

Bought an attendee ticket instead of a show car ticket for an event. Emailed support and quickly recieved and email from Cyle understanding my error and refunding me without any quibble. Vinny was super helpful getting the date of my booking changed and Cyle was great in getting my issue sorted going above and beyond when the tickets didn’t come through from the third party right and even asked them to resend it asap for extra peace of mind for me
