First time buying from Love Raid and I really loved the products! Affordable pieces, quality feels good and I really hope my shoes will last for a long time.
My order was supposed to be delivered in 14 days, however it was delayed for 2 more days which was not a big deal. In any case, customer support was really helpful and willing to answer all of my questions and concerns.
Overall a good shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Didn't neither receive item nor answer to my messages to customer service yet.
I ordered on 1st of May. 3 days later I received an E-Mail (not on the account I used for registration, but on the account I used to pay by PayPal) which said that my order arrived in Germany and I have to pay 2 € (taxes). I should pay directly by clicking 'here' in the E-Mail. They told me a tracking number, too, but no information found with it. I don't know if this is for real. But what I know is that I will love the sandals ......if they only would arrive. HELP, HELP, HELP !!! PLEEEAAASE!

RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order on Tuesday this week and it went through TWICE via Amazon Pay in error. I contacted them straight away and STILL NO UPDATE. No email received with an order number and NO UPDATE TO CANCEL MY ORDERS DESPITE SEVERAL EMAILS.
Your company is a DISGRACE. I want someone to reply to my email sent TODAY and if not I will report your business to Trading Standards.

Hi there, we're sad to see you left a 1 start review, especially as you did get responses. You sent us an email on the April 27th at 16:47, this was responded to via our agents 12 minutes later.
The issue you experienced regarding AmazonPay was an amazon payment gateway issue, as the payment was not successful from our side, and Amazon only managed to gain authority to process the payment and they did not take payment which is a different thing.
We have contacted Amazon on your behalf and they should have cancelled the authorisation of these two payments, as we didn't have anything to cancel as the order was not created successfully on our site.
We're sorry your experience was below standard, however, the issue you experienced was beyond our control and a result of Amazon service issue.

After a long conversation with Hermes and exhaustive investigation, they have now declared your parcel as lost in transit and so we have been able to refund your order in full back to your original payment method.

Nevertheless, I chased this up for you after your last email yesterday and P2P were able to confirm the package as lost in transit to us, so we have refunded your order for you. Never received item and they never contacted me back
I ordered a month ago and still haven’t got my item. I contacted LoveRaid twice, they never responded to me. The tracking number they gave me says that the item is still with the sender.. it’s been a month. Incredibly poor service, I’m very unhappy and I’ve had to set up a PayPal dispute. If you do order from LoveRaid make sure, if you can to pay through PayPal, so if this happens to you, you can try to get your money back.

Terrible shoes DON'T buy from this company!!!
I bought some shoes from Raid a while ago and they were terrible quality and looked awful on. I couldn't believe that I had to pay for recorded delivery which was over £5 because if the shoes were lost it would be my fault and wouldn't get a refund. Won't be buying from this company ever again, will just go to EGO much better quality and MUCH better designs!!
