so disappointed - didn‘t receive my first order, then they said they will send it again & still didn‘t receive it yet. Clearly they sell products that are not on stock causing the huge delays. So disappointing. Your shoes are great but your customer satisfaction is not your prio

Very poor quality
I bought some Rexx Raid boots from Office and loved them initially. Everytime I wore I got lots of compliments but after about 2 and half weeks they feel apart.
Not in the typical way, the sole of the shoe fell through. The fabric of the sole melted into the rubber base. I tried to fix the shoe by buying insoles but the fault was severe enough to make me walk differently causing such intense knee and foot pain.
Whilst Raid shoes look amazing the quality is very poor, worse than shoes half the price. Avoid, your joints will thank you.

Never received my package
My order on June 10 didn't arrive. I contacted the customer service and they told me that they would run an investigation with the courier, which should take 'a few' working days. They never got back to me. On August 3 I asked them again and it seemed like they completely forgot about checking up with the courier. I asked for the refund because I dont want to get the shoes more than a month late. They said they would get back to me by the end of the day, and they didn't. The most unprofessional customer service ever!

You were refunded on the 5th August, once the carrier had confirmed the loss of shipment

I bought the shoes for my girlfriend they look amazing on her! Customer service is great and they answered my questions promptly within business hours. The only issue I had was with the postal service which had little to no updates in tracking, but that is not LoveRaids fault and they cleared up any concerns I had. Overall good experience and good quality shoes. I look forward to buying more in the future. Thank you for the good experience. :)

Hello!
I placed an order on June 26 and Hermes received it on June 29 but it’s been almost 10 days and i have yet to receive my parcel or know about its whereabouts.
I understand that this may be an issue with Hermes but going through reviews i see that many others are experiencing the same issues with your company or have not received a reply after contacting you. As I ordered the shoes for an important event I feel this might be a good place to reach out to you.
