Great product and service
Great product and service. The necklace we ordered looked beautiful, with some of the ashes in the resin. The communication was excellent and the service was very professional and considerate. Lovelox kept to their time frames and good couriers were used. Would highly recommend them.

I ordered an ashes locket and I accidentally forgot a number in the engraving. I was contacted straight away to double check this. The necklace then was received quickly and it’s beautiful. Thank you!

Poor quality and terrible packaging
Ordered a replacement chain for my locket. The chain looks very cheap (not the same quality as when I purchased my locket a few years ago), and was sent in a small plastic bag fastened with a staple in small rregular envelope! Not what you would expect for £39!

Orders for chains only are normally sent in a LOVELOX pouch, our apologies that this wasn't the case with your order. Having investigated this with our packing team, it seems that this was accidently classed as a replacement chain, and sent in the bag and envelope by mistake. We have put new procedures in place in our workshop and packing department to prevent this issue from occurring again in future.

£200 925 ring coated with 18k gold ring with my nanas ashes went green on my finger within 12 hours. DO NOT buy from this company. The product are cheap and NOT long lasting for what you need them to be. Absolutely devastating

We are truly so sorry to read how upset and disappointed you feel. We completely understand how meaningful memorial jewellery is, especially when it contains a loved one’s ashes, and we’re so sorry to hear that this has caused you additional distress.
We would like to reassure you that your ring is crafted from 925 solid sterling silver and coated in 18k gold, and it does not contain nickel. All of our pieces are periodically tested and fall below the detectable limit for nickel content (less than 0.0005%), so the reaction described would not be caused by cheaper alloy materials.
In some cases, skin discolouration can occur due to factors such as natural skin chemistry, moisture, cosmetics, or if a ring is worn tightly or overnight, which can temporarily affect circulation and leave a darker mark on the skin, as it appears in the photo you shared.
However, we would never want to dismiss your experience, and we take any concerns about our quality extremely seriously.
We have reached out to you directly by email and would genuinely welcome the opportunity to investigate this properly and find a solution for you.

Was expecting locket to be size of a 10p piece, not a 5p piece. Very disappointed with size, guess I should have taken notice of measurements. Also the ring on the chain where it fastens is very small, had to take to jewellers to get a larger one put on
