Such a lovely and dignified experience from start to finish. They were professional, warm, and incredibly respectful throughout the whole process. All the packaging for the ashes was sent to me with such care, and any ashes that weren’t used were returned safely and thoughtfully. It will be 10 years this year that I lost my beloved Granmar and I wanted to do something to honor her. I found lovelox lockets online and immediately fell in love with the gold ashes locket. The whole purchase was so easy and quick! I soon received my new locket and I couldn’t be more happy. It’s perfect. Pretty decent. Did come with a couple light scratches to the locket itself. And I expect led the photo to be abit better mounted. Maybe a thin transparent cover somehow?

Very let down
I was surprised that I wasn’t sent a proof before the item was shipped. One of the pictures was inserted at an odd angle rather than portrait mode and it wasn’t sized to fit the frame! You can clearly see a seam instead of the picture tucking under the frame. Additionally, the lapis lazuli did not look anything like the pictures online, with no dimension (e.g. no specks of gold and traces of white). This was disappointing as I had chosen this particular locker since it reminded me of the sky.
This was a gift for a grieving friend and I am so embarrassed by the quality and lack of attention to detail. Very very disappointed.

After carefully reviewing the points you raised and having examined the photos that you kindly shared, this did appear to match the locket ordered and the photo preview that you created when the order was placed.
The photos inside the locket are printed automatically to match the positioning that you selected, and we don't amend or reposition these. Our apologies if the photos have slipped slightly within the locket hollow. We don't fix the photos in place so that they can be swapped at a later date if desired, and so they may have moved slightly during transit, which can sometimes occur in the round lockets.
In terms of the lapis stone, this is natural lapis lazuli and each locket is therefore unique to the piece of stone that it is cut from and will differ in appearance due to the chemical composition of that particular piece of stone. The colour, patterning, and presence of pyrite (the gold flecks) or calcite (white inclusions) can vary significantly from one stone to another. Some pieces show prominent flecks while others are a more uniform deep blue. The stone in your locket is consistent with natural lapis lazuli and within the normal range of variation for this material.
That said, we absolutely understand that this was a meaningful gift and that your expectations were high. We have provided you with our returns details via email to use if you wish. Should you need anything else, please do let us and we will happily assist you further.

My mother just passed away so I wanted an urn necklace and a locket. They were perfect and do not look or feel cheap. I would suggest pay for the extra money to have them put the picture in the lockets.
