Would NOT recommend. Received my item which is lovely but the clasp is TINY and impossible to do up yourself. I contacted customer service and they said they were unable to change this out for a larger clasp. Now my expensive product is unwearable and I'm unable to return this. Waste of money.

Unfortunately, we do not offer chains with a larger size clap so were unable to offer an alternative for you.
We understand that this is a frustrating situation to be in and we never like to leave a customer disappointed. We extended the offer of you returning the chain to us for a partial refund, so that you could purchase a chain more suitable for your needs elsewhere.
However, we completely understand that this was not a suitable solution for you, so for this we can only apologise.

Pricey but good
I would give it 5 stars but I feel that £5 for delivery of two tiny locket photos in an envelope is too much. Also the photos themselves individually are really expensive. But they fit perfectly and I was sent a couple of each incase of damage whilst putting into locket I guess.

Great customer service
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this company. After receiving my original locket, there were some concerns with the engraving, and their team immediately stepped in with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The replacement locket arrived quickly, and the engraving is absolutely beautiful, clear, precise, and exactly what I had hoped for.
What truly stood out to me was their compassion during a very difficult time in my life. This piece means so much to me, as it helps me keep my son close to my heart, and they handled everything with sensitivity and understanding.

Communication was great
Communication was great, the locket itself looked really nice. There was a quality issue with one of the photos and the position, that was not resolved to my liking. Instead of initially offering to receive it back and redo the photo, I was told that extra photos would be shipped out to me, and I was given instructions on how to replace it at home along with tools that would be needed. After several back and forth emails and waiting on responses I was finally given the option to send it back for repairs to be done only after I asked if that would be a possibility. By then more days had been wasted on communication and awaiting responses. By that time I would not have received the repaired product in time to gift it to the intended recipient.

When you first contacted us, we suggested sending replacement photos as the quickest solution based on the tight timescale you mentioned, as this would have avoided the delays involved in returning the item to the UK from the USA. Our intention was to help ensure you still had the gift in time, however we appreciate this option was not your preferred resolution.
We’re sorry that the back-and-forth communication added to your frustration, however I can see Maddie promptly replied to all of your messages, the majority in under an hour, but all within 24 hours. We do however take this feedback on board to improve in the future and we truly regret that the issue with the creased photo impacted your overall experience.
