I bought a secondhand cot and found that there was a part and some fixings missing. I emailed to enquire if I could purchase these and they said they would send them out, free of charge. I received them 2 days after emailing.
Highly recommended.

Delivery was really good
Excellent Cot and Delivery was spot on. Only downside was When I was putting the cot together,I noticed the bottom part of the cot was damaged. Overall excellent service, I would highly recommend, and would definitely buy the product again.

I was really looking forward to this bed but sadly I’m very disappointed. The bottom drawer falls off. When we fix one side it falls from the other side. I feel the whole thing is not very sturdy either. I bought it a while ago before my baby was born so I don’t know if I could return it or not. Really upset with the money wasted on it
