Exceptional customer service!
We contacted love for sleep nearly 3 years after our original purchase as we had moved house and lost some fixings to convert the cot bed back to cot for our second child.
The team responded within a few hours and within a few days we had a new complete set of all the fixings we needed.
Most grateful and what exceptional customer service, would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

My experience
At first I had trouble with the delivery company and I had to wait some time to get my order. But, once I got in contact with the Love For Sleep company, they were extremely helpful and straight away started to work on the problem We had. We even got a small gift from the company for the inconvenience caused. After how it ended I have to say, problem can come up at anytime, but for me the most important gesture is, if the company takes the responsibility and their time to fix the problem(which was caused by the delivery company and not
even by them). Nowadays I believe, it doesn't always happen by all companies! So at the end I have to say this company definitely has a professional behaviour and a good customer service!

the bed it self seems good quality but…
the bed it self seems good quality but the colour was totally different when it arrived. in the picture it looks dark grey and a darker shade of brown but it’s light grey and almost white.
