I ordered the Jacob cot in 2022 for my daughter, the cot is sturdy and converts into a cot bed so saw my daughter through until she was 3! Now pregnant with my second child and realised that I had lost the screws, I emailed to see if I could buy replacements but the company sent out a full screw set for free! Very good product and even better customer service, thank you very much.

Exceptional customer service!

I needed replacement screws and fittings for a Love For Sleep JACOB cot bed, as we had unfortunately lost them and no longer had the assembly instructions. I contacted Love For Sleep and, from the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive.

Although they do not sell spare parts separately, they went out of their way to help us and arranged for a complete set of replacement screws and fittings to be shipped to Spain without any issues. They also provided the tracking number and kept everything clear and professional throughout the whole process.

The replacement parts have now arrived perfectly, and we have everything we need to safely assemble the cot.

I would especially like to thank the whole Love For Sleep team for their kindness, efficiency and outstanding customer service. It is wonderful to deal with a company that genuinely cares about helping its customers, even after the purchase has been made.

I can’t recommend Love for Sleep highly enough! The cotbed I bought from them is absolutely beautiful and really lovely quality. It feels sturdy, well made and I’m so pleased with it.

When it came time to convert it into a bed, I thought I had lost the bed guard. Thankfully I eventually found the guard, but then realised I couldn’t find the screws! I contacted Love for Sleep through their online message centre and they were absolutely brilliant.

They responded very quickly and went above and beyond to help me, sending out replacement screws without any fuss. They arrived the very next working day, which was fantastic.

The whole issue was dealt with so quickly and efficiently, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to help ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The price was reasonable compared to other suppliers, the quality of the product was very good and solid. Ordered in time for next day delivery, given a 2 hour delivery slot, product arrived in the first 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

I had lost the screws to my babies cot when I went to reuse it. I filled out a form that took less than 3 minutes and had a reply with 2 hours and then the screws delivered for the next day. Now my baby can sleep comfortably.

Exceptional customer service. The product is excellent and we use for the grandchildren to sleep over, however after dismantle reconfigure and reassemble a couple of replacement parts required. Contacted ‘Love for Sleep Ltd’ via web site and received confirmation within an hour parts would be sent foc and they arrived the following day via DHL. Amazing and exceptional service. I bought the Jacob baby cot about 7 years ago. Used it for my first son until he was around 3 years old and we then kept it in storage until we needed it again for my daughter now. We didn’t keep hold of the fittings so I got in touch with Love for sleep and they sent out a replacement set the next day free of charge. I can’t fault the bed one bit as it’s survived 7 years and two kids so far & the customer service was top notch. I’ll be sure to use them again in the future

I lost my cot screws whilst moving house and they quickly helped me get new ones, sending them out free of charge. They were so helpful and quick. Thank you so much such an amazing company, definitely recommend.

Good delivery service, delivered on time and well packed..

We ordered the Alexander cot. It’s an amazing 4in1 bed that our daughter loves. We needed replace some of the slats but they very kindly gave us a replacement base. Service was great and the delivery was overnight. Massive thank you!

One of the rails on our cot broke recently so I contacted the brand to see if we could get a replacement. I got a reply from them the following day and the spare part was immediately dispatched for next day delivery, free of charge even though the cot was out of warranty. They were extremely helpful and efficient. Best customer service I have received in a long time! I was extremely impressed and I highly recommend them!

Expérience géniale, rien à dire tant sur la qualité du lit pour bébé que sur le service après vente. 3ans après mon achat je leur ai écrit pour leur demander de racheter de la visserie que j’ai perdu lors de mon déménagement. Gracieusement et sans contrepartie ils m’ont envoyés un kit de visserie complet en 3 jours chez moi pour que le lit de ma fille puisse durer quelques années de plus. I purchased a cot for my grandson and then ordered the wrong size mattress 🙈I contacted Love for sleep and they couldn’t have been more helpful as they realised I had made a boo boo! So they sent out a collection for the old mattress and sent me a replacement in the correct size and were so helpful polite and understanding. I will always deal with these for any future purchase as their customer service was brilliant 🤩 thank you again team for getting it all sorted and grandson is a very happy little boy with his new cot 🫶🏻
