Super helpful customer service.
Love for sleep where fantastic when I contacted them about one of their beds I bought second hand. It was missing a couple of nuts and bolts (I bought it flat pack) so I contacted them to ask if I could buy replacements. Even though they hadn’t sold me the bed, they still sent me the correct nuts and bolts free of charge by next day delivery post. They didn’t need to do that. I was impressed.

I contacted the company because unfortunately after 4 years the wooden base of my son's cot broke.
I contacted them to buy it back and instead, to my great surprise, they replied that they would send it back to me without paying anything!! It arrived today, intact and after only a week of waiting. A truly serious company, congratulations!!

Fast delivery, nice little cot
Fast delivery. The product is fine, however it has a strong painted wood smell, hopefully this will go over time. We tried to use the QR code to get instructions but the link didn’t work. However the instructions included were fine - only thing is the pieces weren’t actually labelled as the instructions indicated but we worked it out.
Bought the cot for our 8 month old as she decided to start sitting and pulling herself up. The cot fits comfortable in our room as we haven’t moved her out yet. Our baby likes the cot and the drawer underneath is handy for spare sheets/blankets etc.

I bought a cot back in 2017 and needed…
I bought a cot back in 2017 and needed to reassemble again in 2024 but could not find any of the fittings. I contacted the company to enquire about ordering a new set of fittings and to my surprise they swiftly responded and sent out the fittings for free. I didn't even need to pay for the postage! The cot has now been fixed and back in use 7 years later. This not only shows the quality of their products but also the great value they have for their customers. Thanks again Love For Sleep.

Excellent communication, quick delivery and quality item
Excellent communication, item was out of stock, emailed them and they contacted us to tell us it was back in stock even on the weekend. Ordered straightaway and it arrived the next day. Was kept up to date on delivery status. We put the cot together, easy instructions and looked like great quality!

Bought a cot few weeks ago
Bought a cot few weeks ago. It was damaged, I have emailed a few time and no one has responded. Paying £200 for a cot I expect someone to get back to me about my issues. Simply wouldn’t ever buy again.
UPDATE: Got a reply after this review and they sent a replacement out along with a small gift for inconvenience.

A slat on my son's cot broke over 3 years after purchase, I emailed to see if I could purchase a new part and they are sending a new base free of charge.

Tokyo crib
UPDATE 22.06.24
Thank you for a great support following my issue with the cot. We’re happy to say the issue has resolved, the smell/VOCs are much less and we’ve decided to use the cot for our baby.
We bought the Tokyo crib which looks very nice and has a drawer for storage and came at a very reasonable price.
However it isn’t the most sturdy crib I have ever touched and the chemical smell is still there especially on the grey painted parts of the crib.
It has been stored in a room after being brought in March and put together in the same month where, given that we are waiting for our baby to arrive in end of June, we have been monitoring with Amazon Smart Air Quality Monitor how good the air is before and after adding the crib in and almost everyday the VOCs - Volatile Compounds appear to be on red or amber which suggests there is a problem with the quality of the crib as the device has been sitting directly on the crib’s mattress. We have also been opening the windows daily to get fresh air in but the smell is still there, not as strong as before but still there. We thought we will give it some time to see if the smell disappears but it hasn't and obviously it doesn’t seem to be safe for a newborn.. I saw from your responses at some reviews that you say you’re using paint and materials which are safe and allowed by the british government. Can you please elaborate on what does that mean and where is your certification?
We obviously don’t have the initial packaging however I don’t intend on using this for our child so please let me know how we can proceed as Id like to return the product.
