Certes il y a eu un problème à la livraison puisque le colis avait pris l'eau et des chocs et plusieurs pièces ont dû être changées. Le vendeur a été exceptionnel dans le service après vente. Réactif, il 'ous a renvoyé les pièces abîmées dans un délai rapide sans difficulté. Je recommande vivement au vu du service après vente. Merci

The delivery of the cot was delayed for days. The cot is very flimsy and certainly not worth £159.99. Just as well I got a £25 refund for the inconvenience but with all the hassle I certainly will not buy again for my future grandchild which is a great pity

Unfortunately, due to the busy Christmas and New Year period, courier services often experience delays. Regrettably, this was the case with your delivery, resulting in a delay of two working days—an issue beyond our control.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially during such a busy time of year. As you may know, the holiday season places significant demands on courier services and occasional delays are more likely during Christmas, New Year, and bank holidays.
To compensate for the inconvenience caused by this delay, we offered and applied a £25 discount to your order. This is not something we typically provide, but we felt it was important to acknowledge the inconvenience and ensure your experience was addressed as fairly as possible.
The quality of our cots is extremely important to us, and we’re truly sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations. We greatly value constructive feedback like yours, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and ensure we’re delivering the high standards our customers deserve.

Tokyo cot is great, and brilliant customer service
We've been using the Tokyo cot for our boy for 18 months and it has been great - the pull out storage drawer so useful.
We had lost one of the pieces for the cot and only realised recently. I got in touch with Love For Sleep, and they sent out a new part free of charge within a couple of days - thanks so much! Brilliant service.

Unfortunately, due to an attached JPEG file, your message was redirected to our spam folder, causing a brief delay in our response. Upon discovering it on 23 October, we promptly replied to your email and shipped the missing screws via next-day delivery at no additional cost. The screws were delivered on Friday, 25 October.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the initial oversight with the missing screws and for any inconvenience caused by the two-day response delay.

Ho recentemente acquistato il lettino per la mia bimba in arrivo. Tempi di spedizione nella media, qualità ed estetica dei materiali più che soddisfacente.
A seguito di un piccolo problema di un pannello rovinato lateralmente, ho contattato l’assistenza che tempestivamente ha provveduto a spedirne uno in sostituzione gratuitamente.
Io stessa lavoro in ambito e-commerce e non è usuale su molte piattaforme trovare tale disponibilità ed efficienza.

Il lettino è molto bello esteticamente, l'unica pecca è che è davvero fragile, difatti dopo pochi mesi la doga della rete si è rotta. Ho contattato il venditore e ho parlato con Sandra che ha provveduto subito a mandarmi una rete nuova. Grazie mille, do 5 stelle soprattutto per la disponibilità.

Love the 2 Jacob cot beds I bought for…
Love the 2 Jacob cot beds I bought for my twin grandsons. A bit fiddly to put the first one together but the 2nd one was a breeze as we knew what we were doing by then😂😂. Delivery was super fast (next day). I would highly recommend and would buy from them again in the future.
