Check returns before buying based in China
Too expensive to return thought company was in UK but in China too expensive to return. Had to accept a 50% refund. Keep goods but they dont fit so not much use really.

Colour and size discrepancy
Although the sandals I ordered turned out to be beige rather than the grey they were described as they are still a lovely item. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised the size shown was not a uk size but they were replaced with the correct uk size. My error as I had checked where Love Bloom were based which is uk I hadn’t realised the warehouse was in USA. Lesson learned!
Every effort was made to I ensure I ended up with wearable sandals for which I’m grateful.

A gift that lasts longer
I've used lovebloom twice now to send flowers to a friend and they've been a lovely surprise. Very easy to choose and send the perfect gift. I love that not all the flowers have opened yet so they last so much longer.
