I ordered a dress which was not sized properly, the quality wasn’t brilliant either.
Requested a refund but had to send pics first.
Sent the pics and they offered 30% refund and we could keep the faulty dress which was of no interest to me.
Requested a ‘full refund - no hassle’ as advertised on their site, again they offered the 30% and keep the dress.
Sent numerous replies to their meagre refund offer and everytime they offered the same refund.
Then they passed us over to a resolution support company (allegedly) who increased the offer to 40%.
Again we replied asking for the full refund but unsurprisingly they didn’t budge.
As this hassle been dragging on for approximately 6 weeks we got fed up and said we would regrettably accept the pathetic amount and they confirmed it would be processed that day.
Nearly 3 weeks later and we still haven’t received any refund, apparently there’s a problem with the repayment system being updated!!!
It didn’t take us long to know we have been scammed, all the signs are there - after writing in excess of 10 emails we never had a reply from the same person (allegedly), and the so called resolution support company had no names. Coupled with the shoddy product and dubious returns policy we realised we have probably been had.

I bought what looked to be fabulous trousers from them and after hearing nothing for a couple of weeks my suspicions started. I contacted them to find out if they are based in the uk and what was the hold up
It was confirmed they were a local company and items were sourced from abroad to fill the order.
They eventually arrived and they were of no quality at all. I didn’t even try them on. So then started to try and return them followed buy numerous discounted offers to keep them. ‘ Eventually’ after a long email battle, I had to return them to USA. It’s cost me £18 and obviously I tracked them.
Then, they received the items and were not refunding me. Said about some problem with refunding on purchases made in a different month !
Then the email problem started again. Always a different name to the reply. No consistency.
Asking for order numbers proof of return and eventually I got in touch with credit card to help out.
Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping online.
You have been warned !

They have the most ridiculous way of dealing with returns. First of all they won’t give you a return and I’ve been asking multiple times and had to resend pictures several times and my order number and I never did get a return. All they want to do is offer you a discount on the next purchase. I never seen such a bad return policy ever in my life and I’m 63 years old STAY away from this company. You will regret it more than likely.

Avoid at all costs-Absolutely fraudulent company
Don't issue refunds even after you have returned the item at your own cost
Would give 0 stars if possible
Take days to get back to any emails

Avoid at all costs. Website and confirmation email states free 30 days return but this is a lie! You have to pay postage to America if you want to return item. I've been back and fourth with customer services which are a total joke. Have reported to trading standards

Absolutely despicable company. I bought these shoes size 41 - which is my shoe size - only to find the shoes were too small. The website says you have 31 days to return but THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. It has taken me almost a month in emails sent backwards and forwards where they told me I need to return the shoes at my own cost even though IT WAS THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING AND FALSE PROMISES on their website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AS THEIR PUBLIC RELATIONS ARE TERRIBLE. Every time we reached a solution and I responded that I accept their resolutions, a NEW PERSON RESPONDED STARTING TUE WHOLE PROCESS FROM THE BEGINNING. I now have a small pair of shoes and £49 less which was a valuable lesson. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Order cancelled on the 1st July 2026. I was advised to wait a few business days for the refund to come through. It’s now 1st August and nothing has been received. I have emailed multiple times with zero response.

It's a total scam. I ordered a dress, and it took forever to get here. When it finally did, the quality was awful, and it didn't even fit. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't let me. After like 30 emails, they told me to send it back to the USA. I sent it to LA using tracked delivery, and it was delivered over a month ago. No refund. Now they're ignoring my emails. So, I have no dress and no money! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Do not use this company. Terrible clothing. Took a long time to be delivered and no chance of a refund or getting your money back. They should be ashamed .

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals in the same size but in beige and grey. After a lengthy delivery time I finally received them and discovered that they had only sent 2 x right sandals for the beige ones and the grey pair had been constructed incorrectly as the material at the back of the sandal was too short which forced the foot too far forward causing the toes to go over the front of the shoe!
I immediately contacted Love Bloom who said if I wanted a refund I had to pay to return them to Asia or America ( the website states Asia but customer service said usa) to get a refund. They also state that you might get charged a fee for restocking!!! I pointed out that what they'd sent was faulty and not a case of me changing my mind and that I wasn't obliged to send them back at my expense. There were numerous emails back and forth with them offering a 15% discount on my next order as compensation and that I could keep the sandals!! They said it like they were doing me a favour. After many more emails and further offers of discount vouchers
I advised them that I was reporting them to my bank as they had taken nearly £50.00 and had not fulfilled the contract because they had sent unwearable sandals. The company warned me that it could take 2 months to sort out through the bank and I would be better accepting their new offer of 50% refund and I could keep the sandals! I have continued to let the bank deal with this and I have received an email from Love Bloom saying they are refunding the full amount. Waiting for it to clear though!
This company is not reputable, their company house registration number wasn't even connected to a current business and the number they had before that one wasn't even a recognised number.
Stay away from this company, they have variations of the Love Bloom name and if the quality of the sandals is anything to go by, the quality of the materials don't live up to the pictures on their website.
If you have already received inferior goods from them I would report them to your bank as that is the only way that you might get a refund.

This company has an UK registered office and claims to promote “British” fashion. However, the clothes are not from the UK. The shoes I ordered were shipped from abroad - they took 2 weeks to arrive. When they did, they were faulty and unwearable and when I tried to return them, I was repeatedly offered a voucher for a discount off my next purchase in place of a refund. The discount started at 15% and was increased eventually to 100%. As if I wanted to risk buying something else.
I still refused and asked for a refund - they offered an 30% refund and I could keep the (faulty) shoes. I continued to refuse and was eventually given a return address - but I had to return them to USA by tracked postage. As this would cost £25 and my refund would have been so small, I didn’t send them and said I’d accept the 30% refund. And now they say they are unable to process the refund.
Having now read other reviews on Trustpilot, mine is a common experience.
I strongly recommend that you do not buy from this company.

Initially I was a little concerned as the delivery took longer than I had anticipated but I did email to check on my order and was reassured straight away that it was coming. Once my sandals arrived I was thrilled with the quality and style of them for the money. I wear them daily as they are so comfortable and stylish. I would definitely buy again from LoveBloom.

The jacket was the perfect colour and came in no time at all

It was easy to order. The leather products were soft and the shoe was very lightweight.

Very poor-quality clothing and extremely disappointing customer service.

My order arrived much later than expected, and when it finally arrived, the swimsuit had multiple stitching faults and looked completely different from the photos on the website. The quality was far below what was advertised, making it unwearable.

To make matters worse, I was unable to return the item or receive any refund, leaving me stuck with a swimsuit I can't use. Instead of resolving the issue, I was offered a discount voucher for a future purchase, which I have no intention of using because I will never buy from this company again.

Communication with customer service was frustrating. There were constant misunderstandings, and it often seemed as though they did not fully understand my concerns. Every reply came from a different name, although it felt like the same person responding under different identities.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on the poor product quality, lack of accountability, and ineffective customer service. Don't waste your money.

Quality item, great price, arrived quickly

Chinese company so expect a longer delivery than standard UK times - I only mention this as I personally didn't realise and expected my order to be with me much faster than the reality (which was 2-3 weeks)

I recently bought a funky jacket that I absolutely love! It was a bit small, but the customer service team was fantastic—they sent me a larger size right away. 👍

I ordered 2 dresses from love bloom sadly they both did not fit. I requested to return them and it was not the easiest process which resulted in me keeping the dresses and being offered a 50% refund which I guess will go towards the cost of altering them. To be fair communication was quick. Just waiting for my refund now 😊
