Warning- If you play this even once, you will get plagued by their relentless telesales team.
I wrote a review that was removed, I didn’t swear or use profanities to my knowledge but apparently Lotto social told Trust pilot zi did and made them remove it.
Which isn’t great for us customers who trust in these reviews to avoid these kinds of situations.
Any way I will tell my story again, and hopefully trust pilot will see that I’m not using any profanities.
I had a call from their telesales team, I told them my dad had just died and I wasn’t interested in their draw details, so please remove me from the list.
I then got another call the next day, so I told him the same thing but this time the caller was a really pushy guy who started to raise his voice at me and forced me to listen to what he had to say, he even called me back when I told I wasn’t interested and hung up the phone. 😡
He was so pushy about making me listen to him that in the end I thought that maybe I had won a prize, so I then listened to what he had to say, which turned out to just be their latest draw offer again. 😡
I then shouted at him, that I would report him for harassment if he called me again, I then hung up the phone again and blocked his number.
I really can’t believe that any company would allow this kind of thing to happen, as he wasn’t just pushy he had agreed soon in his tone of voice and I didn’t start the call with aggression, so it wasn’t him reciprocating my actions.
This caused me so much stress I was shaking by the end of it and it really affected me all day.
My message to you lotto social is people don’t want this, we will play when we want to play.
No one likes cold callers.
If you need to send out offers use text or email so customers can easily ignore them or use them at their will.
And if you insist on cold calling, you need train your staff better and re-cord your calls to stop this from happening again, as this kind of behavior is disgraceful.
If you want to discuss this with me, then I give trust pilot my permission to pass on my email address to you but I will keep adding this review as I really do not want anyone else to go through this, and I hope trust pilot agrees as it was very distressing.

This site is a scam and don't care about its user community
Well I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt but they have really no interest in discussing my concerns that they too money out of my account without my authorization. This is day 7 of my emails and request to resolve this. But as they now won't respond to my requests for updates or esalation to senior for my refund and the site clearly stated I am allowed to do as a 1 off action I can only assume the site is a scam and should be removed.
UPDATE
Lets be very clear. When I first "joined" paid £1.00 there was no information sent to me about how the system worked, how I was then going to start paying weekly, unless I took action to stop it and what steps i should or needed to take. So by the time I found out and started trying to contact your email address helpdesk the money had already been removed from my bank account. So NO your setup works for your organisation not for the individual. If your organisation wants to really welcome new customers and be very clear about your system there should be a minimum welcome pack sent out straight away explaining how the system works on how charges are applied. IF i had received something like that then it is my choice how to proceed. Also that fact that any winnings (i won £3.50 on my line of 10 EuroMillions entry) are not available to take but only applied as a credit, should have been explained up front. And I still do not accept that and would like my £3.50 forwarded to me. Also the only way I got my £6.50 payment refunded was by going directly to my bank after trying repeatedly through your helpdesk which would not agree to my request, and your automated system to request a 1 off refund (clearly started on your web page) did not work over a 7 day period.
Again I request my £3.50 be forwarded to me ( not as a credit) as this was not made clear AT ALL when I decided to join for £1.00

Apparently I 'won' 40 times In a few months. Check my winnings? Zero.
I'm in 'credit' for nearly £20, but if I start new lines? Money goes on my card, not 'credit'. No human customer services. Quite easy to go in circles to get anywhere.
Have tried a 'refund' via the automated voice. That was last week. Nothing has hit my account, only money going out.
