Sort out the x28 to bathgate always deleyed in livingston tty fet to work for 6am and the bus gets deleyed 3 times and happens all the time joke

Terrabile service, the connection was so good. 26 bus tranent everyone being able to use the bus. Even high schoolers. My child used it almost every day not due of laziness, due of having a bad knee. Myself I cannot go up the 10mins hill walk with a heavy wheelchair to get to Tranent now have to use 2 buses, doubled paying. Times are terrible now. The 26 runs to Seton sands and it's not 10 Minutes it is sometimes 5 minutes apart. Costumer service just put you off telling me up the hill is just around the corner. Well not for everyone. Bottom to top Prestonpans. Elderly, disabled left out completely. Hope 2026 the new bus sign saying worst, non reliable bus of the year--- the new costumer conduct follows - Sorry needs Correcting ..... Our buses are not for everyone Those with accessibility requirements, regular commuters, tourists and visitors, the elderly, the very young, and everyone in between. Just walk a hill up round the corner top pans is the next bus stop. We know how unimportant our services are for those who rely on them, we change times and bus journeys and it is therefore vital that both our colleagues and vehicles are respected by those who travel with us for the benefit of everyone apart from few we have to cut out.

The worst! Simply the worst bus driver did not even lower the bus for a disabled person, and was late as always ,shocking for a company that holds some titles and awards!

On the x28 1033 bus and the driver doesn’t even wait till you’ve got you’re ticket before slamming his foot on the pedal and sending you flying I fully believe that most of the 28 drivers couldn’t drive a scooter nevermind a bloody bus

Utterly disgusted with this company, removing a much needed service from East Lothian. The 26 bus route is an essential service for workers and the elderly alike. Big business putting profit before people yet again. We definitely need an alternative to this company, judging by the other reviews here. We definitely need a change!

Tald bwat, wouldn’t let me on his bus outside a hospital cause I forgot my young Scot’s and don’t carry money, you could already tell I was sick and I told him I just wanted to go home

Absolutely vile, rude bus drivers

the guy (driver) had a fan on high speed so he did not heard what ticket I need so he assumed i want a day ticket and charged me for it

Evening, travelling from the airport, not far, but Skylink no 400 changed the route. Zero information about it on the bus stop, zero information in the bus, even there are electronic screens and I don't see why on earth there are no information about diversions?! How somebody who is not from Edinburgh can guess it?!!!

The service 3 and 29 from Mayfield Dalkeith is brilliant.
The drivers deserve a medal for their patience and skills. EG passengers get on and ask TRAIN times between Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Waiting on the 100 bus at drum Brae south with 5 other people all waiting for the same one. We lined up, put our hand out, clearly signalled the bus driver and he drove past all of us, making me late for work and 5 other people late as well. What was that about? Really annoyed now I’m having to call my boss to explain so thanks

I left my phone on bus on the Tuesday. Realised as soon as returned home I got onto site pronto, as was their service. Email Thursday morning phone was located. Picked up today. Happy Days.

Have a new App set up to track buses. Today went out and checked app . Had 15 mins to wait so after 5 mins popped back into house. Just in house looked out the window and bus was passing. Yesterday was watching buses carefully before I went out. Went out when bus was due in 5 mins. Checked app again and now bus was showing in 20 mins. Bus I was intending to catch was now sitting at Balerno terminus 2 stops away a long way in the wind and rain.
PLEASE IMPROVE OR GET RID

Joke of a company bus is 45 mins late and still didn’t turn up even tho it was on the tracker walked all the way to the bus stop 2x waste of time bring back first bus

Shitty service, waiting for buses for ages, you never know when they arrive. This company is a joke to the capital city.

The new app is hopeless. Very tricky to work out times/locations. My nearest bus stop no longer listed. Never had any issues with previous app. Just walked to bus stop 10min walk arrived in plenty time - app said bus due at 12.02 then it disappeared from app and showed next bus due at 12.37. Started walking for another 10mins only to have bus pass me. This happens a lot - no idea if bus en route or has been pulled. Got to do better !!

Excellent lovely drivers. What i do not understand however is why the senior management of Lothian buses do not understand why anyone in Dunbar would want to be getting to and from Mussleburgh the largest town adjacent from Dunbar a place for those to work who live in Dunbar. They stop the 106 and then you can not even pick it up in Haddington as it has left right in front of your eyes. You have to go to haddington then x6 to tranent and then tranent to Mussleburgh and getting back is even worse. If I miss a 108 prentice then I get home at 20.00 when finish work at 5.20. Can't anyone with a brain look at these services why should it be so difficult and why even though you took over eve coaches can't I get a bus anywhere even near Newton Manor unless I want to drive all around brody road for hours.

Buses never stop for you (I have had over 50 drivers in the past 100 days not stop for me) , always late , never clean , expensive as prices keep going up. Avoid this incompetent transport.
