Wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering. The sandals were not leather as described and made of extremely cheap materials. I paid £40, complete rip off. Not much point in complaining to this company from what Ive read in other reviews.

Absolute joke do not bother with this company they will rip you off. The item was not as described and didn’t fit. They wanted photos of said item not fitting which is wrong. Then when you want to return it you have to cover the costs back to China or they will offer you a 10% refund if you don’t want to send it back. Which will leave me nearly £70 down.
Their returns policy states return shipping costs covered by loravelle which is a fraudulent lie.

Avoid AVOID AVOID.

Absolute scammers, purchased a mens jacket which tool weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was completely the wrong size and then as other reviewers have experienced they attempted to offer countless other options (to purchase other garments) claiming they did not need the item returning.

When I pressed them for the refund which is all I wanted, I was then told that actually they did need the item returning at my cost (to China!!) and then they would 'initiate' a refund process, whatever that means.

Well done Loravelle, hopefully lots of people see these reviews and avoid you in the future.

Do not use this company the clothing is made in China and the quality and sizing is way below an acceptable standard. If you ask for a refund they will make you return the item to china at your expense and you’re still not guaranteed a refund.

Beware! Do not use this company you will lose your money. The jacket I ordered arrived but was of poor quality and did not fit. They refuse to let me know how to return the goods saying it will cost me so much to return it to China its not worth it. Worse experience I have ever had. Lost my money. Avoid avoid avoid!! Theives! I expect any positive reviews they have are fake.

Absolute scam, ordered a pair of shoes that took over 3 weeks to arrive, when they arrived they were not the correct size and didn’t come as advertised. I asked for a return as per their returns policy and they’ve spent a week attempting to negotiate a percentage refund instead of a full refund for my “convenience” I said no inconvenience to drop them off with your return label and they’re still refusing. So I’ve raised a charge back with my bank.

Total scam! Do not use this company…. My elderly mother bought a hoddie for my daughters birthday costing over £80 pounds, total rubbish, nothing like the photos. Needless to say returning it is essentially impossible… Congratulations Loravelle, you’ve scammed an old lady and a 14 year old girl on her birthday.

They sent the wrong size shoes. I asked they send me the correct pair and send me the postage link to return the incorrect size. They keep offering me discounts to buy the correct size and will not send me a return postage option.
So I'm stuck with the wrong size and no refund. Absolutely horrendous. Clearly all emails are on a script. I will be taking this further until I get a full refund.

Unacceptable customer service - refusing to uphold the free returns stated on the website. It's been highly frustrating and clear breach of standard retail terms and conditions.

Your shop is a scam and a joke.
Be aware that if you want to return, you need to return to the middle of nowhere in China. They use delay tactics to avoid refunding your money. They don't clear returns with China CUSTOMS.
AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!

I have had a similar experience to others who have posted on Trustpilot and I wish I checked there first before placing an order ...

Ordered items took a long time to arrive (longer than it would take from the Netherlands I think - I now assume they were shipped from China). The two jackets (advertised as XXL and XXXL) were tiny and of poor quality.

I requested a return and refund, to which they offered to send me an XXXXL jacket for a shipping cost of £29.95!

I declined and they offered to reduce the shipping cost by 50% ...

I declined, to then be told they would only refund 70% of the cost of my purchase and they wouldn't provide a returns label (both these things at odds with what their website says).

I am expecting they will stop responding to my emails shortly and I will be left with no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card company

Update 20/6/25. I complained again to Loravelle and informed them I was raising a disputed payment with my credit card company. This seemed to spur them into some action and they sent a 70% refund the next day (having previously promised and failed to make a refund after an 18 day wait). I am now seeing if my credit card company will reclaim the remaining 30% of my money ...

Do not buy off this website. It’s a scam. I ordered a blazer and it arrived 3 weeks later. It would fit a small child not an adult. It’s also very cheap material and not the quality expected for the price paid. I contacted them asking for return label / address, which they refused, offering me 10 % refund instead. This increased to 20 % and when I insisted I’d like to return the item they are now ignoring my emails. Do not buy from these scammers who are based in China not the Netherlands.

I warn you not to order anything from Loravelle. They are thieves and scammers. Their products are useless and of terrible quality. You will be very sorry if you order anything from them. You will never return the goods and your money will be lost.

Ordered a "cashmere" jumper which was not cashmere, it was dreadfully made, all seams were ragged and there were no washing instructions or material content tags. I sent it back to the address in Utrecht, but was told by my shipping company I would have to pay all duty and tax charges, plus delivery charge to China! I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY FROM this company, they are a scam, pretending to be a Dutch company, but are from China.

Awful experience. Bought a shirt, nothing like the picture. Wanted to return it, but they kept offering discounts. Got to 80%, but I am so livid that I got Mastercard to step in.
Returned it to the shippers in Southall.
Their emails are polite, but they are relentless.
Passive aggressive and money grabbing.
It seems that’s how they make money..knowing the goods are shoddy and then offering discounts. Outrageous! Give China a bad name.

Bad bad bad company complete scam bought 2 cashmere cardigans which were to small and badly made returned them back and have now been stuck in customs for a month and they are ignoring my emails whish I had read reviews about this company like so many other people please stay away from this company.

I have just bought my first item from LORAVELLE (a pair of cashmere black trousers) and they were small , so I asked for an exchange. Tina, in customer service, could not have been nicer and more professional . I had instant feedback, and they have already sent me a replacement which I look forward to wearing. The quality of the trousers is amazing too….thick , drapey, sumptuous cashmere that looks so expensive and feels great. I would just say that they cut small , so I am usually a medium and had to size -up. I will be buying from Loravelle again. And a special thanks goes to Tina for being so delightful and making the exchange process go so smoothly . Nicole

Wish I’d read reviews before placing an order. They make out on their website that they’re a Netherlands company but they are operating out of China. Stuff arrived over 2 weeks after it was ordered and is extremely poor quality rubbish. When you ask to return they offer you a 10% and then 20% discount and then force you to return it to China to receive a refund. Disgrace of a company and should be avoided at all costs.

I ordered a coat for my husband’s birthday. It arrived late, is made of poor quality materials made worse by the fact it’s very badly made.

I am now trying to return it to receive a refund. At first I was told I could keep it and accept a 10% refund, when I said no it was upped to 20%. They send very polite but insincere emails apologising for the delay, thanking me for my patience etc. when I insisted they refund me I have been told that I have to pay the shipping costs to China!

This has to be the worst company I have had to deal with! I only wish I had read the reviews first before buying. Ordered a jacket, large. Then I thought I’ll look at the reviews , boy! Was I an idiot. Two hours after ordering I tried to cancel order only to be told it was too late. After receiving the jacket, which took forever to arrive, I tried it on , well I couldn’t even get it on! I think it was a large for a small person ! Got in touch with them and they told me you can get a refund but it would cost quite a bit of money to return, at my expense! So what I’m saying is , avoid this joke of a company!!
