Order was sent fast. The product was not compatible with my chair (Knoll Life has 2 types of armchair) but they issued a refund quickly without issue.
They really know their stuff.

Hi as soon as you said you had bought wrong items we cancelled the order and did the refund back to the method you paid. on a card it can take 3 to 5 working days for refund to show on your card

Genuine parts and quick delivery
I bought a pair of replacement arm pads for my OrangeBox chair from Loopspace.

yes we have had issueswith the way we where shipping and now have moved back to fedex directly
Fast and efficient
My company has an office full of Herman Miller Saul chairs which the arms are all worn on. I was asked to source and purchase replacement arm pads for these and was delighted to find a company that sells them in packs of 10 and 20! Purchase process was really easy and we received our order within the week. The pads are all brand new. We’re really happy and would use loopspace again!
