Ordered perfume on the 1st December its now the 18th and no delivery. Told me the stock would be in on the 15th and will be sent next day but still no delivery.

I cannot speak for the products as this is a gift but delivery was poor. I ordered it so I could receive it whilst at home for the following week but like so many others just kept getting notifications that due to this and due to that my order was delayed. When it finally got shipped I had returned to work and could not change my delvery address as it did not match my credit card. Fair enough but if they had delivered when indicated I would have been home. So it got delivered whilst I was at work and I was left a card. The only day I could collect was today Saturday but at least the Royal Mail collection point was open. However there were long queues and about a 35 minute wait. On top of that the exit road it behind a set of traffic lights that i had a 9 minute wait at and so overall disappointed. This is my second order but not sure I will buy from them again. Basically if you quote a delivery timescale you should stick to it. We have all been living with Covid for ages now and why change couriers before Christmas anyway? And to Hermes - wow cheap and awful!
waiting for my order after 2 weeks
I have been waiting for my order for nearly two weeks and keep getting notifications saying it’s been dispatched and then they have changed curriers. Can’t track, don’t even where my order is or if it is ever going arrive.
If only they’d tell the truth
I’ve bought from Looksfantastic for a good few years now but I am really disappointed with them this year. I know we are in the midst of a pandemic, I know the couriers are working to maximum capacity and I am understanding of all this. I am happy to wait longer for my order to be processed, I’m happy for delivery to take longer because the couriers can’t do next day deliveries - but I’m not prepared to have a company lie to me - now they just don’t tell you the truth.
I preordered the advent calendar this year ordered 21/9/20 arrived 24 October - they gave me a tracking number & notified me it had been despatched but Royal Mail hadn’t received it & didn’t get it for 3 weeks - it wasn’t despatched until 19 October 2020 & no replies to my emails or messages (wasn’t really an issue with the advent calendar I didn’t need it until end of November).
So, deciding this was probably just down to an over subscription for their advent calendar I placed an order for birthday and Christmas gifts. I got an email on 30 Nov 2020 to say my order had been despatched via Hermes & would be delivered 2-5 Dec. Similar story ... Tracking shows Hermes haven’t received the package yet. I emailed on Thursday & got an automated reply from Looksfantastic so say that they would reply within 48 hrs - nothing. Tried to contact them via Message function on their website, at 9am this morning, (states usually responds in minutes) ... no reply. Tried again at 12.30 .. no reply. Ultimately they’ve now lost my trust & my business - I won’t be buying anything else from them now - no idea if I’ll actually get these items?
