Love this company I buy alot from them, delivery is very quick, prices are very good,lots of choice of products, always a discount code somewhere too ! Plus you earn points which you can use against any purchase, love the various ways you can pay, so much choice so your not forking out all at once

1 star is being generous...poor customer service...ordered calendar in Oct and paid for and no sign...iv emailed at least 6 times with all generic replies..I'm gonna cancel all subscriptions and never use this site again...was offered 5 pound gesture for my troubles...

Ordered Xmas gift on 22 November. Now 17 days later and no sign of it, despite chasing many times. Still showing item as in stock. It has not been dispatched. No idea what is going on with the order but I won’t be using them again.
Update: on 6 January (6 weeks after ordering) they have emailed me to tell me that they dispatched the item. Way too late for Christmas and all this after several online conversations with them where they cancelled the order (allegedly). I now have to waste even more time returning it and waiting for a refund. I’m never using them again. Utterly useless company.

This is a serious complaint about an order that has never been resolved No. 446169736. I received two Skin Refinishers that were due to expire in only 4 months, a situation that is unacceptable, so I contacted customer service for a solution.
The first online customer service claimed that the correct product would be reissued and I would not need to return it. The new product was then sent out. I then used message to communicate with this company and another customer service representative said I needed to return and reissue the new product and provided a return form. However, the form only stated that a bottle needed to be returned and gave the wrong reason.
After this I only received ONE new bottle with the exact same expire date. This made me angry and I was offended by the confusion and perfunctory nature of the proposed solution.

8 days and waiting for next day delivery. Refusing to refund me also.
Have waited over a week for a next day delivery. They have refused to refund me. And said that they will update me when the courier supplies more information. I’m not sure how this is the consumers fault. I should have bought this on Amazon. Had their been any problems they’d of been sorted right away. I try and support independent businesses but I’ve learned my lesson. In an age of free next day delivery and instant returns on Amazon how do they expect to retain customers when they treat them so badly. Speaking to an actual human is also almost impossible and they just parrot the same blanket responses and never actually answer the questions you ask. Also takes one to two days between replies. Terrible company.

I can't look fantastic, because I naturally look like Shrek. And Look Fantastic uses Hermes(Evri) which never deliver my parcels. I was told by Customer Service to wait 3-7 days and then contact them again. Luckily I always purchase via PayPal so when that time is up, I am getting my money back one way or another😅

Well yet another saga from Looksfantastic......I was issued a £15 voucher for their poor service and non-delivery of a previous order, that was nice! Eh..not really.....I placed another order.....very slow delivery, even after them saying it was posted. Then recieved an email from them saying parcel was delivered, check Hermes proof of delivery photo...pity it wasnt my door!!! So after another stressful email conversation with their "HELP" dept, should rename that!! They eventually resent the order.........well....it never got here again. They told me both items in order was posted....nothing got delivered again. Oh dear, this is going the same way. So I now received an email, after send several trying to explain I hadn't got my parcel, saying that one item was being refunded, I got a voucher from them, and the other item would be sent when it came into stock.....but you told me you had posted them both!!! So I had to pay postage, use a voucher you gave me....you are doing a refund for 1 item and sending the second item when its in stock....so to use the refunded item I need to pay postage again...the same 3 day postage you keep loosing or say its posted but its not....Seriously!! Please stay away from this company. Customer service is a joke.....you should see some of the replies I have had from them...no-doubt someone from customer service will say...I see this has been resolved.....just like previous post from me...NO THEY DO NOT RESOLVE ISSUE...they just say they do! If they do...I WILL POST IT HERE!!

I may be chasing a small amount of money on this occasion but I’m damned if I’ll let this greedy useless outfit fob me off. I’ve just scrolled through a number of appalling reviews for this dodgy company that makes me wonder if they can survive? Hopeless company with a USELESS customer service team who frankly seem to get off on making customers angry and belittle them with platitudes but do nothing! WAKE UP!!!!

Never again! I had ordered many days ago and was looking forward to get my products, but haven't been delivered so far because they emailed me and saying that 'The goods have been damaged during transport.!' And the customer service just repeating that they will investigate and get back to me in the sometime in the future, sounds very vague response to me, they even don't know whether the goods are being delivered properly! Never ordering from them again, very disappointing!

i have used the website to buy my favourite foundation few times and i was happy, however last week i purchased a product and i paid for next day delivery. almost a week later there is no sign of my delivery and of course because is dispatched they refuse to refund me. they started using a crappy delivery company, that is unreliable. Every day the customer service keeps saying to me they are investigating and even though i said i just dont want to proceed i am stuck with a product i paid for and i wont receive.
