Returned an item from order 606224285 with the return label they provided and my tracking number R288155026147014006120906 shows it arrived back at their warehouse on 15 October but they are saying they can't 'find the item'. This is not the first time this has occurred. This company states they will gladly accept returns/cancellations of orders but they always mysteriously 'can't find your items' or it's too late to cancel. Very dodgy operating company.

Absolutely SCAM! I have read reviews of other why shouldn’t order from this place bit I gave it benefit of a doubt. This place has no contact information whatsoever, the only way you can contact them is on their website. They will ignore whatever your are saying.
I ordered products that they created label twice but not sending out. As well as refused to provide me an invoice: First attempt told me wait up to 5 days, now after I received an item?
I required a refund but they assist to send me an order and they make sure you can’t cancel order on their website!
Dodgy!!!

I ordered a product on 1-3 Bd delivery and promise of same day dispatch.
No one can tell me when the order is. There is no phone number to call. They wont call me. They wont refund despite it being late already.
Have reported to consumer affairs Victoria and The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) to resolve..
